Pumpkin iced coffee doesn't taste anything like pumpkin but the service was great. Very clean and friendly

For a quick drink and donut, it's an OK spot. Donuts are a little pricey compared to the grocery store and the donut itself lacked some flavor; the only thing that was really giving it flavor was the chocolate dipped top. We walked in and no one was at the counter, nor was the a bell to ring to make sure they knew we were there. No one was in line and one person sitting doing work at a table. We waiting about 5-8 minutes before someone finally walked by and it took them a few minutes before they even. Said hello or asked us if they could take our order. I ordered the medium vanilla latte and my Hagan's got a regular medium latte. The coffe was fine, slightly on the sweeter side if you add flavoring like I did. For 2 medium drinks and a donut total came to just under $12. It was fine for where we were and what we got but not sure if I'd specifically seek out coming here in the future. read more

the breakfast cresant (sp) was shrunken & full of grease. It was pitiful . The bacon & egg was fine. They gave me the two sandwiches that I ordered as soon as I got to the drive thru window. I'll never order that again. I didn't get a receipt, so I couldn't give a review that way. I figure, if you don't get a receipt, it's because they know the food is undesirable. Newly renovated. I call it "generic for the geriatrics". If you like walking into the renovated Target stores, you"ll be right at home. Waited 10 minutes in store while everyone in drive thru were getting served first. Brand new employee behind counter could not give me 2 Boston cremes and 2 old fashioned and could not tell me if they had 20 timbits. Then the "mgr" got involved. Needless say I now have chocolate covered old fashioned donuts as they were all just tossed in the same bag. Now the mgr is chastising the employee for charging for 3 Boston. I asking mgr if I have been overcharged. Mgr is raising her voice at me and raising the receipt up to my face saying , no same price. I told her this should have been a simple and quick order. "We are working on it, Hun.". Nothing like being age-discriminated against. Maybe they need to shut this place down again and start over. There are plenty of other donut shops in town who at least treat their customers with appreciation. read more

Let me tell you a tale of a restaurant that is bound and determined to continue to serve the lowest quality food possible. Over the last year I have visited this establishment about once per month. From the very first visit until my last visit today, this establishment has served awful food and today was by far the worst. I ordered a very simple meal of two biscuit sandwiches, consisting of egg and cheese. Not only were the eggs lukewarm and the cheese was flat out cold, but they also had an unwelcome crunch with every bite. You might ask, "what would be crunchy in an egg and cheese sandwich?" Well that would be the burnt food that obviously came from an unclean grill. Very disgusting. I understand this is a fast food joint, but you people have absolutely no pride in your work. You know you're serving sandwiches that are cold and that do not reflect your advertisements. All of your menu item pictures are complete BS. You know it and I know it. You should be sued for false advertisement. Have some pride or close down this place read more

The website says they are open at 0500am but the lights were out inside and out when I went there at 0612am this morning. There was enough light from a nearby street lamp that I could see an employee walking around inside the store. This has happened to me several times but this morning I had actually preordered on the app, which told me the store was open. Typical of Zanesville. read more

I love Tim Horton's. It got me through many a cold winter's night in the past. Being a chain, they should all pretty much be about the same. As far as the quality of the food, that is the case. The food at this location in Zanesville tastes exactly like every other Tim Horton's out there. The selection wasn't great when I went in, but being the afternoon that is probably typical. Normally I've only gone into Tim Hortons in the morning or late night. The problem here is the service. Fast food service isn't generally the best, but every other Tim Horton's I've been to knows the difference between doughnuts and Timbits. I asked for some Timbits for the road and was given a doughnut. Yes, they made things right and let me keep the doughnut for free, but it's still a bit of an odd mistake. They also made one other mistake with my order, which is why I'm giving the low rating. Still, if you're in Zanesville and need a doughnut fix, this is probably the place to go. Just make sure that they get your order right, otherwise you're going to end up with free food. read more

I used to love Tim Horton's. I use the Maple Avenue one and am very disappointed. My orders haven't been correct the last couple times I've been there. I ordered a French Vanilla cappuccino and got a hot chocolate. I mean, come on. I worked in fast food. It's not rocket science. What's wrong with marking cups if you're going to put several at the drive through window. It's disappointing to order one thing and expect to get what I ordered to find out when I get to work that what I got was not what I ordered. I don't know if they've changed staff, but this one is not working. I won't be back until they get competent employees again. Ridiculous! read more

We had to leave without being served. The place was swarming with employees who were goofing off with each other and who totally ignored us, the potential customer. Stood for 5 minutes and didn't even get greeted. Then the cashier walked away to who knows where, so we left. Disappointing as usually the service at any Tim Horton's is stellar. read more

I usually go through the drive-thru and get a Iced capp on my way to work. For the past two weeks the cup has been cracked and the coffee leaks everywhere. I called them to let them know: I get a thank you and the worker hangs up. I was not expecting anything for the trouble, but the worker could have at least apologized for the broken cups. Stopped on Friday with a coupon from the Sunday paper. It was a 2 for 3.00 small ice cap. Ordered at the drive through, person said was the coupon the 2 for 3.00? I said yes, okay pull up. Got to the window. The person at the window said 4.00. I said no, I have a coupon. The window person said sorry, we are running a special 2 for 4.00 and there is no button to accept your coupon. I stop at the drive thru every morning before work and the staff is AMAZING. They are quick and friendly and keep me on schedule for my commute to work. The afternoon staff however isn't as friendly and quick so I only go in in the mornings. Thanks for being so great! read more

Absolutely terrible. There was no one in the drive thru and maybe 7 people in the dining area, but i stood at the counter for ten minutes waiting to put in my order. I understand things happen, so I was patient and understanding until I actually got my food. The first thing that I noticed was that one of my coffees was nice and hot, while the other was room temperature. I don't prefer to send food back, but I just quit smoking so coffee was a desperate must have. The boy huffed at me and took it away without saying a word, and brought the same coffee back to me five minutes later, having put it in the microwave for MAYBE 20 seconds; Still lukewarm. He begrudgingly said if it wasn't any better then he'd make a new pot; I told him not to bother and threw it in the trash on my way out of the store. When my mom and I got where we were going and unpacked the food, we realized that atop the coffee fiasco, they gave us the wrong sandwich after charging us for the more expensive one, our other sandwich was so sloppy i had to reconstruct the entire thing, and no napkins or receipt. In the end we threw away about 4 dollars due to their inability to listen and be precise. Absolutely nothing about this experience was pleasant, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for good service, value, or quality. read more
