The big, plush rockers with nice cup holders, the full-wall screen, which in itself is an upgrade from the standard but then you throw in 3D and a 67 channel (I believe) Surround Sound system and your entertainment experience is "out of this world". The people have always been polite. The last Star Trek I saw there, they forgot it was supposed to be 3D. About 10 minutes into the movie I finally went and told the management, they started the movie over for us after changing formats. Sure, if you go to the snack bar expecting to get a coke and hot dog for a buck fifty then you haven't been to many theaters. These people do need to make a profit. 7 years later, and attended another conference here. I arrived at 1pm, having to assist in setting…read moreup the conference, only to not be able to check in until after 4 pm, meanwhile other conference attendees were able to arrive and check in between 2-4pm. The rooms are assigned before you get there, not first come first served. Golf tournament, they did nothing for attendees, as indicated in contracts. Food? Horrible. Rooms? Dirty, one towel for 3 nights (no housekeeping until the 4th day of stay) and an attitude when you try to get towels from the desk. Checkout is at 11, got to my room after closing ceremonies at 1105 to grab bags (I checked in 20 minutes after guaranteed time, mind you) to find the room key was deactivated. Staff couldn't open the door for me, to retrieve my already packed bags, "by new policy this morning". Also, the conference area is through the casino- so you have to show your ID to even attend the conference WHICH THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ENTRY OPTION. This is a horrible establishment, of which's operating procedures also make absolutely no sense. 0/10, would not recommend.
