I used Golden Knight Limousine for the first time after a recommendation from a co-worker. Our driver, Helen, arrived five minutes early for our pickup with a clean, comfortable car and got us to the airport in plenty of time. For our return, Helen was again our driver and picked us up right outside the arrivals terminal within a few minutes of us having our luggage. There was lots of traffic on the highway after leaving the airport and Helen knew all the "back roads" out of Queens so we didn't have to sit in the backup. As we got closer to home, the parkway was closed as a result of a serious accident and Helen again took back roads getting us home without any delay. Glad to have a reliable local limousine service. We hired Golden Knight to take my teenage son and his friend to the airport for drop off and pick up for a school trip to Chicago. Driver was on time and got the kids to the exact airport location needed. The driver communicated with them for pick up and the trip went flawless except for on the way back the boys missed their flight. Original pick up time was 10 hours prior but they worked with us and picked them up with out a problem. An email confirmation was provided with all their trip information along with a contact number of the driver so everyone was on the same page. I should mention it was a holiday weekend. Excellent service! Very recently, we called the day before our family of 6 needed to be driven to one airport within 24 hours, and picked up from a different airport a week later. We got a response, almost immediately, that cars would be available for both trips. We have used Golden Knight many times before, and have always been very happy with the drivers and the cars and limos that arrive to drive us. For my daughter's birthday, we arranged to have Golden Knight pick up a group of girls, and drive them into NYC, wait for them to have dinner, and drive them home. The service was easy to book, and the company sent reminders the night before and morning of together with the driver's contact info. The driver arrived on time, and was super friendly and drove nice and calmly. The car was immaculate. The price was comparable or cheaper to other services I called in the area.
