The place is pretty easy to find though it is unlikely you'd just happen to drive by it, as it is kind of not on the beaten path. You can purchase everything ahead of time in terms of skate rentals and entry. It's pretty reasonable for one session mid-afternoon until close in the evening, you just need one entrance ticket/fee paid. You get your money's worth for sure if you are there for hours! You can bring your own skates or rent skates here- they have regular roller skates and roller blades. Both of these are in whole sizes, no half sizes, and both of them would be best on your feet with high socks that go to your lower calves, at least. Tying them tightly gives you the best skating, but that also pinches into skin if you don't have the right socks. They have an area for parties that includes a few arcade games, but mostly, you're there to skate. There are people there who are serious skaters going wicked fast and throwing some cool tricks, but we never felt bad in any way for not being one of the super talented skaters. There's a snack bar, too, with your classic fare like burgers, hot dogs, nachos, fries and funnel cake fries. Yummy snack junk food that makes the experience all the more reminiscent of young carefree days! They have lockers for your stuff, some don't even lock, but no one seemed concerned. There are benches for sitting and changing out your shoes to skates and vice versa, and people tend to just stash their shoes under the benches rather than get a locker. A good time all around and pretty affordable if you're there for a while!

There is a 200 dollar deposit that is non refundable that you pay at the time of booking. They said you are able to use it as a credit for another date if something happens and you have to cancel. They have a menu online that you can purchase food for your party. They have pizza, fries, mozzarella sticks, and assorted sodas. If you choose to bring outside food there is an additional 225 fee they will add on (75 for food and 150 for cleanup) . They allow you to bring a outside cake at no additional charge. We ordered pizza and fries for the kids. They used a Spotify playlist for music. Had a great time with the kids for two hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a issue with the cake we ordered for the part not being delivered. Staff was very helpful. Even though they don't have cake they did give us a discount on some ice cream for the kids. The provided candles as well. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great birthday.

There were also skaters passing by so quickly my hair was whipping in the wind as they flew by. I'm all for speed, but they kept coming so close to me I thought they were going to take me out. On top of that, there were multiple spills and children skating sideways. The workers looked like high schoolers and did not appear to be concerned by the number of people on the ice or the big groups of people linking hands. The skates were also lower quality, and they offered no half sizes. My advice is go at non-peak times and bring your own skates. The rink itself looks like it could be from any era in the last 50 years, but really, what do you want from an ice skating rink? Parking is easy. Finding the location is easy. Going to the register and paying for your pass and rental (if you don't have your own skates) is easy. The cost is incredibly low - I feel like they were cheaper than when I was in high school back in the day in a land far far away from this place. Anyhow, getting your skates, also incredible easy. They have lockers for your stuff that cost you, wait for it, 2 quarters! So cute! They have a few vending machines, mostly ice cream, and a snack bar where you can get some cheap food and beverages. It is not expensive by any measure. They have teams and others who train and play here, but they have open skates. The open skates are usually on the weekends. And, again, wow, I could not believe how cheap. We had a great time skating, but since we're not 12 year old children, our bodies were a little less flexible and a lot more sensitive, so we didn't even last the whole 1.5 hour session. Ha ha! We still had a fabulous time, and will probably go back winter holidays 2024 for a new tradition. In other words - highly recommended for a cheap, short adventure!
