My experience at Starlight Nails was unlike any other salon experience that I have had over the many years of getting manicures and pedicures. They did an excellent job, both in their skill and hospitality. Jenny, the owner, even gave me a massage while my nails were drying which was unexpected and very relaxing. This was my first time at Starlight Nails and I was super impressed by the salon -- cleanliness, friendliness of all the staff and the calming atmosphere. The owner, Jenny, greeted me and introduced herself and welcomed me like I was family. She did my pedicure, which was great and, when she had to step away for a few minutes, Kim picked up where she left off and did my gel polish -- she was also very sweet. They both took their time and were very meticulous and accommodating and I truly felt like they cared about their services and that I was happy. I had the pleasure of accidentally driving by and seeing a small sign in a plaza advertising the new Starlight Nails, and I am so glad I went in! The owner Jenny and the woman who gave me a pedicure were so friendly. They even brought me snacks and offered me hot tea since it was so cold outside. The best customer service I've seen in any NoVa nail salon - plus the salon was clean, had lots of polish choices, and the price is competitive with other salons.
