I did end up getting one (1) of their sours, and it was alright, but nothing special. In addition, I went on a weekday night, so it's not really fair to compare it to a weekend night type of vibe, but nevertheless, the vibe was kind of lame, and I didn't love the ambiance. I will say that the bartender was very nice, and I could see how HopFly might be a fun place to go on the weekends. Overall, HopFly wasn't terrible, but considering all the other bars and breweries in the area, it might be a while before I come back.

They had a dark smooth beer on nitro Death Clock which was awesome while it lasted. I have tried several others that were good but I keep going back to my favorites. Atmosphere: 5 - Relaxed. One of the best atmosphere's in the country. Dozens of old leather couches and litter the concrete floor sitting on rugs. It is undeniably cozy! I just sit and chill out. Especially when they have live music going which is several times a week. The beer is good but I return for the atmosphere. Service: 5 - Ordered at the bar. Beer delivery is quick. Knowledgeable staff! Food: truck is here on weekends which is when I stop by. Cultural/Political Agenda (1-5): 5 -Everyone is welcome. No preachy nonsense or virtue signaling, just beer, as it should be.

We started with a couple large pretzels and a variety of beers- I just had a prosecco though, so if beer isn't your thing, there are alternative options. Since I was driving, I kept things responsible and sampled taster-sized pours, spacing them out with non-alcoholic mocktails and 0.0 beer like a grown man who still wanted to remember where he parked. Burial also offers cocktails, ICEEs, low-ABV session beers, THC beverages, wine, and self-serve water. The menu helps you navigate the offerings with color-coded sections: cocktails in blue, light-bodied beers in neon green, dark ales in orange, and high-ABV options in pink. Food isn't available onsite, but delivery gets the green light. I grabbed a corner seat at the bar, not because I wanted to brood, but because the post-brunch crowd had arrived in full force with babies, buddies, and dogs. Every bartender and guest I spoke with treated me like I had wandered into a neighborhood clubhouse instead of a brewery. I had a D9 drink which was cold and refreshing. Not sure how potent it was, but I enjoyed nonetheless.
