A highly recommend stay with a wonderful couple who run and host the B&B. Covid-safe and well designed and maintained place!

This is definitely the best B&B I have stayed in my life! When my husband and I were exhausting on finding a place to sleep in Flagstaff, finally we meet Richard and he gave us the amazing Dragonfly room. That is very nice room surrounding by a quite area. Moreover, Richard' breakfast is FIVE STAR with organic fruit and vegetable. Really lovely experience and wish we do have chance to visit again

If you are looking for a special getaway or just a quick overnight stay, you have to check Starlight Pines B&B. Maxx and Monica are so welcoming. We choose Starlight because of the reviews and the Covid safety measures they have in place. We arrived to a welcoming greeting from mascots Luci and Lilly. They had a sanitizer station where you are offered slippers. Hand sanitizer, etc. A special bottle of wine and some of Maxx's special treats waited for us in our gorgeous room. Each morning we had the "House Special " coffee and danish delivered to our room. This was followed up with a 5 star breakfast you would expect at a high end hotel. The first day we were there we had to leave early and Maxx packed our breakfast to go! In the evening they even sent us a list of dining options. Our stay was truly amazing. Especially in these crazy times. It was a great place to catch our breath without the worry of crowds and Covid. We will most definitely be back.

    Breakfast waiting for us!

Its a short stay accomadation venue now. The owner has hired a third party to operate it and they provide terrible customer service.

For our 4 night stopover in Flagstaff, we made reservations at "303 BnB"...a beautifully restored house in an older neighborhood just north of the Flagstaff Medical Center. - Overall: 5 - Location: 5 - Interior: 5 - Green Room: 5 - Breakfast: 5 - Amenities: 5 - Hosts: 5 - Housekeeping: 5 - Parking: 5 - Price and Value: 5 Pros: - Location: Fine. On the north side of town in an older residential neighborhood. A major hospital was only 4 blocks away. - Exterior: Adorable. Better than new. Yellow with white trim. - Interior: Clean and bright. The owners and innkeepers live on the first floor with 4 suites on the 2nd floor for guests. - Our Room (the "green" room): Not huge, but still First Class. - Bed was super comfortable (and I have trouble sleeping) - Towels of varying size were soft and thick - Even the toilet paper seemed more plush. 3 ply? - A window seat overlooking the quiet street was a nice touch - Breakfast: From scratch each day for all visitors at 8 AM. While that wasn't always best time for us, it was understandable since Kim, the owner, handled everything by herself. - Amenities: Plenty...some of which you don't typically find: - A pool table on the first floor - Washer and dryer on the 2nd floor at no charge - A large game room with a big TV and refrigerator on the 2nd floor - Designer touches and whimsical art throughout the house - The house was always very clean - Hosts: Super. Perhaps the most important feature was Kim. Super friendly with boundless energy and a chef's touch in the kitchen. I could never be an innkeeper. I'd toss half the tenants to the street, but Kim blended everyone so well we didn't want to leave after 4 nights. - Housekeeping: Whatever we asked for...we got. Basically, we just needed fresh towels and clean waste baskets. - Parking: No problem. There were reserved parking spots for each room in front of the house. - Price and Value: Fine. If you appreciate the personal touch not available in a regular hotel, 303 BnB must be considered.

My overall rating for Little America Hotel Flagstaff is 3 stars…read more I want to start by saying that overall, many of the staff were kind, and I've stayed at this property multiple times before with good experiences. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds and pillows are amazing, and the views of the Coconino Forest are beautiful. I also really enjoy the heated pool, the walking trails, and how convenient the location is to nearby stores, gas stations, food, and the highway. However, this stay started off on a rough note during check-in and unfortunately impacted my overall experience. When I approached the front desk, the representative (I believe his name was Hudson) had just been warm and friendly with the guests ahead of me. But when it was my turn, his entire demeanor shifted. I greeted him politely, introduced myself, and asked how he was doing--he didn't acknowledge my greeting at all. He became very robotic, avoided eye contact, and rushed through the process in a way that felt uncomfortable and dismissive. The interaction continued to feel tense. He spoke quickly, made assumptions about my payment method, and presented documents to sign without explanation or engagement. The only time he made eye contact was when emphasizing rules about no smoking and no pets. I had previously called to confirm that I could bring my cat, who is an emotional support animal, and was told that would be allowed with documentation. When I explained this, he became agitated and insisted I must have spoken to a third party, implying the information I received wasn't valid. After requesting a manager, the situation shifted, and I was eventually allowed to proceed with a one-time fee instead of a nightly charge. However, the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. What made this experience more concerning was something I observed after checking in. When I connected to the TV system, I noticed that one of the device names visible on the network included a racial slur. Guests do not have the ability to rename these TVs--they are pre-programmed--so this is something that had to come from within the organization. That was extremely upsetting and unacceptable to see in a professional environment. It's 2026, and people are still out here using racial slurs, spreading hate instead of love and kindness. I'm not interested in being in environments that feel stuck in the past. I want to be around warm, welcoming, modern people who choose unity over division. This is the main reason I cannot rate this stay higher. While I understand that not everyone reflects this behavior, it raises serious concerns about oversight and accountability. Management should be more attentive to what is happening within their establishment, especially when it comes to creating a respectful and inclusive environment for all guests. It's disappointing because I've enjoyed staying here in the past. However, based on this experience, I don't feel comfortable returning and will choose to spend my money elsewhere moving forward.

We stayed during Northern Arizona University graduation weekend, so we assumed there was no chance of getting an early check-in with how busy Flagstaff was. Thankfully, Chris, the General Manager, took amazing care of us. He was incredibly friendly, gave us great dinner recommendations, and went out of his way to make sure we could check in early. That level of hospitality made a huge difference during a hectic graduation weekend. Since this is an extended stay property, the layout feels more like an apartment complex than a traditional hotel. The room was essentially a studio apartment complete with a kitchen, living area, king size bed, full bathroom, and even a fireplace. The kitchen included a full-size refrigerator and stovetop, which was a nice bonus. There was also storage everywhere--drawers and cabinets throughout the room, including several in the bathroom--which made the space feel very functional and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked like a charm. The bed came with four pillows, which usually means thin pillows where you need to stack two together to sleep comfortably. Not these. They were fluffy and firm enough that I only needed one. The shower took a little time to heat up, but once it did there was plenty of hot water. There were definitely some visible signs of wear--the couch and carpet especially--but it really didn't detract much from the overall experience. The check-in building also has a dining area that offers a complimentary daily breakfast. There's a small bar serving a few local draft beers and wine, plus a convenience store where you can grab snacks and other incidentals. Parking is $5, and there was plenty of parking conveniently located near the rooms. If you're looking for a spacious, comfortable stay in Flagstaff with exceptional customer service, Sonesta ES Suites is an easy recommendation.

The selection included toast, bagels, blueberry muffins, English muffins, eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuit and sausage gravy, fried potatoes, oatmeal, cereal with milk, orange and apple juice, coffee, and pancakes. Everything was complimentary, convenient and satisfying, and it made for a great start to each day of our stay. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of the experience. I also appreciated that the hotel had a laundry room available. Having access to laundry made it much easier to manage dirty clothes during the trip instead of having to cram them into our luggage, which was very convenient. However, the unit we stayed in was far from ideal. The biggest issue was the sofa, which essentially had no cushioning left and looked extremely worn down. Sitting on it was extremely uncomfortable, and its condition stood out right away. The leather one seater in the room was also in poor shape and had clearly seen better days. In addition to the furniture, some areas of the room appeared neglected. The air vents, in particular, looked very dirty and rusty, which was hard to ignore. To make matters worse, there was a wasp in the room when we first walked in, which was unpleasant and unexpected. On a more positive note, the beds and comforters were comfortable, so sleeping was not an issue during our stay. Overall, the hotel was a decent place to stay, but it was not great. While there were some strong positives, especially the breakfast and laundry access, the condition and maintenance of the room could have been much better.

Parking is allowed behind the apartment complex that's located next to the hostel. Street parking is also available free on a first come first serve basis. Free wi-fi is available here too. There are plenty of local restaurants in the area that the hostel is located in, also a short walk away is 'historic downtown'. A few blocks north is historic route 66 along with the visitors center located inside the Amtrack train station. You can find souvenirs inside the visitors center and if you walk further up the way there are more stores selling camping gear, outdoor weather clothes and souvenirs as well. The Staff was nice and always stayed busy cleaning and taking care of the place. They did give me some good recommendations for places to eat while staying in Flagstaff. Now the building itself was pretty cool. Judging by the hardware on the doors it was updated back in the 80[s but the architecture on the inside tells the store of when the building was built back to maybe the early 1900s (but that's just my guess and probably not accurate). Either way, I loved how they kept as much of the original features of the building as possible while keeping it functional. I stayed in a female-only dorm during my stay with them. The room I was staying in was a 4-bed female room with its own personal sink and its own minifridge, it also came with a fan in case you get to hot (or need moving air as I do). Even though it had room for 4 females it was only me and this other girl staying in the room for the day. She was on a 4-month' road trip' across the southwest/west coast of the USA. She was originally from England visiting the US for the first time and I loved listening to all the cool places she visited since landing in Seatle making her way down the coast and reaching Flagstaff where she took a rafting tour of the colorado river that rungs through the grand canyon. Some people I was talking to during breakfast were visiting from all over the country and of course, I ran into some people who lived in Plano, Dallas and other parts of the great state of Texas. Super cool people that bunch. They do have a full kitchen so you can use the stove, microwave, etc. Washer and dryers are available just bring quarters and detergent, towels are free just request one from the front desk. Breakfast was your choice of coffee or tea along with oatmeal and some fresh fruit. They have an upstairs with a nice sitting area and another full kitchen and 2 more full bathrooms upstairs so no shortage of bathrooms! Downstairs they have the sitting room and they also have a tv room and pass that they have a small office area with a computer where I assume guests are allowed to use. At the front desk, they have info on tours in the area along with a bulletin board with other useful information in the area. If you play pokemon go there is a pokestop on site haha! I loved this place and it worked for what I needed while staying in the area. If given the chance I would stay here again.
