Accommodating, attentive, a truly great host. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There's a game room with a huge TV, a gym, laundry, coffee in the rooms and downstairs in the morning. A Gem Near Hospital Hill…read more.... For our 4 night stopover in Flagstaff, we made reservations at "303 BnB"...a beautifully restored house in an older neighborhood just north of the Flagstaff Medical Center. - Overall: 5 - Location: 5 - Interior: 5 - Green Room: 5 - Breakfast: 5 - Amenities: 5 - Hosts: 5 - Housekeeping: 5 - Parking: 5 - Price and Value: 5 Pros: - Location: Fine. On the north side of town in an older residential neighborhood. A major hospital was only 4 blocks away. - Exterior: Adorable. Better than new. Yellow with white trim. - Interior: Clean and bright. The owners and innkeepers live on the first floor with 4 suites on the 2nd floor for guests. - Our Room (the "green" room): Not huge, but still First Class. - Bed was super comfortable (and I have trouble sleeping) - Towels of varying size were soft and thick - Even the toilet paper seemed more plush. 3 ply? - A window seat overlooking the quiet street was a nice touch - Breakfast: From scratch each day for all visitors at 8 AM. While that wasn't always best time for us, it was understandable since Kim, the owner, handled everything by herself. - Amenities: Plenty...some of which you don't typically find: - A pool table on the first floor - Washer and dryer on the 2nd floor at no charge - A large game room with a big TV and refrigerator on the 2nd floor - Designer touches and whimsical art throughout the house - The house was always very clean - Hosts: Super. Perhaps the most important feature was Kim. Super friendly with boundless energy and a chef's touch in the kitchen. I could never be an innkeeper. I'd toss half the tenants to the street, but Kim blended everyone so well we didn't want to leave after 4 nights. - Housekeeping: Whatever we asked for...we got. Basically, we just needed fresh towels and clean waste baskets. - Parking: No problem. There were reserved parking spots for each room in front of the house. - Price and Value: Fine. If you appreciate the personal touch not available in a regular hotel, 303 BnB must be considered.

My overall rating for Little America Hotel Flagstaff is 3 stars…read more I want to start by saying that overall, many of the staff were kind, and I've stayed at this property multiple times before with good experiences. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds and pillows are amazing, and the views of the Coconino Forest are beautiful. I also really enjoy the heated pool, the walking trails, and how convenient the location is to nearby stores, gas stations, food, and the highway. However, this stay started off on a rough note during check-in and unfortunately impacted my overall experience. When I approached the front desk, the representative (I believe his name was Hudson) had just been warm and friendly with the guests ahead of me. But when it was my turn, his entire demeanor shifted. I greeted him politely, introduced myself, and asked how he was doing--he didn't acknowledge my greeting at all. He became very robotic, avoided eye contact, and rushed through the process in a way that felt uncomfortable and dismissive. The interaction continued to feel tense. He spoke quickly, made assumptions about my payment method, and presented documents to sign without explanation or engagement. The only time he made eye contact was when emphasizing rules about no smoking and no pets. I had previously called to confirm that I could bring my cat, who is an emotional support animal, and was told that would be allowed with documentation. When I explained this, he became agitated and insisted I must have spoken to a third party, implying the information I received wasn't valid. After requesting a manager, the situation shifted, and I was eventually allowed to proceed with a one-time fee instead of a nightly charge. However, the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. What made this experience more concerning was something I observed after checking in. When I connected to the TV system, I noticed that one of the device names visible on the network included a racial slur. Guests do not have the ability to rename these TVs--they are pre-programmed--so this is something that had to come from within the organization. That was extremely upsetting and unacceptable to see in a professional environment. It's 2026, and people are still out here using racial slurs, spreading hate instead of love and kindness. I'm not interested in being in environments that feel stuck in the past. I want to be around warm, welcoming, modern people who choose unity over division. This is the main reason I cannot rate this stay higher. While I understand that not everyone reflects this behavior, it raises serious concerns about oversight and accountability. Management should be more attentive to what is happening within their establishment, especially when it comes to creating a respectful and inclusive environment for all guests. It's disappointing because I've enjoyed staying here in the past. However, based on this experience, I don't feel comfortable returning and will choose to spend my money elsewhere moving forward.

It…read moreis really popular so book in advance, one of the nights I wanted to stay was sold out and had to camp at a campground and it was super cold that night. Parking is allowed behind the apartment complex that's located next to the hostel. Street parking is also available free on a first come first serve basis. Free wi-fi is available here too. There are plenty of local restaurants in the area that the hostel is located in, also a short walk away is 'historic downtown'. A few blocks north is historic route 66 along with the visitors center located inside the Amtrack train station. You can find souvenirs inside the visitors center and if you walk further up the way there are more stores selling camping gear, outdoor weather clothes and souvenirs as well. The Staff was nice and always stayed busy cleaning and taking care of the place. They did give me some good recommendations for places to eat while staying in Flagstaff. Now the building itself was pretty cool. Judging by the hardware on the doors it was updated back in the 80[s but the architecture on the inside tells the store of when the building was built back to maybe the early 1900s (but that's just my guess and probably not accurate). Either way, I loved how they kept as much of the original features of the building as possible while keeping it functional. I stayed in a female-only dorm during my stay with them. The room I was staying in was a 4-bed female room with its own personal sink and its own minifridge, it also came with a fan in case you get to hot (or need moving air as I do). Even though it had room for 4 females it was only me and this other girl staying in the room for the day. She was on a 4-month' road trip' across the southwest/west coast of the USA. She was originally from England visiting the US for the first time and I loved listening to all the cool places she visited since landing in Seatle making her way down the coast and reaching Flagstaff where she took a rafting tour of the colorado river that rungs through the grand canyon. Some people I was talking to during breakfast were visiting from all over the country and of course, I ran into some people who lived in Plano, Dallas and other parts of the great state of Texas. Super cool people that bunch. They do have a full kitchen so you can use the stove, microwave, etc. Washer and dryers are available just bring quarters and detergent, towels are free just request one from the front desk. Breakfast was your choice of coffee or tea along with oatmeal and some fresh fruit. They have an upstairs with a nice sitting area and another full kitchen and 2 more full bathrooms upstairs so no shortage of bathrooms! Downstairs they have the sitting room and they also have a tv room and pass that they have a small office area with a computer where I assume guests are allowed to use. At the front desk, they have info on tours in the area along with a bulletin board with other useful information in the area. If you play pokemon go there is a pokestop on site haha! I loved this place and it worked for what I needed while staying in the area. If given the chance I would stay here again.

The Amtrak train station is within the same block (a 3-min walk across the tracks). Restaurants and retail surround this place.
