End result was not what I had repeatedly told Eric. I had marked specific broken bricks for him and they did not get replaced. I told Eric to please match the caulking color. It is a nationwide chain and even I know this. I asked them which home depot it was and they refused to reply, while I could hear them typing on a laptop (meaning they were not at / had not gone to Home Depot at all. He removed line items from his digital invoices that he no longer wanted to complete, but seemed unaware that the original PDFs showing these items were still attached to invoices. His crew slowly stopped coming out, then he claimed they had covid, and now he is completely unresponsive.
