Here today! This…read moreUPSP Store is close to my hotel and close to Boston Logan Airport, I frequent here to return my Amazon packages. It's in a horrible location but the staff is nice. The location is horrible because it's always congested, you'd better be handling some quick, in-out business because parking is only 15 minutes per signage. Both times I've come, I've seen a wrecker truck hidden in plane site watching and timing. It's also difficult to get out because of the ridiculous traffic uuug, the way I've learned to handle the traffic here in Massachusetts is do unto others as I would have them do unto me AND simply be patient. What I mean by that statement is, when other motorists signal to get over/out etc render kindness to them. Be patient when needing to turn left or get over and others will do the same for you. I'll play a game with it, I'll say out loud "Who wants a blessing by allowing me to get over" sure as my name is Nikiba, someone will in fact hear me in their head and be so kind ask to let me pass, out etc. Here today! When I asked for my order I knew something was off. It turns out my order was lost in the email and wasn't made. It was very time sensitive so I was hoping we could figure something out. They apologized, took full responsibility, and said they can get it done by 6:00PM. The issue was that I had work plans so I wasn't going to be able to get it. The guy offered to walk it down to the Hilton for me. How cool! Not only that but 1) he took the poster board to my booth and set it up AND took photos so that I knew it was taken care of 2) they gave me 10% off for the inconvenience. I didn't even mention the fantastic job they did on the poster! Kudos for making everything right and your customer happy!

My industry tends to buy in bulk and get all of their printing needs from a printer located out of state. For many years, it was just easier to stay with what you know. More recently however I found out why I like to shop locally. Not only did they deliver my order, but they did it quickly and with a smile. Look everyone knows where this country of ours is headed, outsource everything, NAFTA and the 90's did a number on America, but maybe just maybe there is hope. With a clever name like Minuteman which screams America, and local sourcing and smiles there really is no reason for me to ever call anybody else. Lindsay and her crew are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and priced right. I was a printer for 4 years and know the long hours, customer OK's and general bull@#$ you have to put up with and now that I am on the other end, let me just tell you how nice it is to have someplace like this. No job too big or small and the personal touch that this country so sorely needs and misses. First time trying a local print shop and I could not have been more impressed! I needed a 3' x 4'…read moreposter same day and they were able to finish the job within 30 minutes. Although I initially wanted lamination, they couldn't do that day of as they had a large order just before me. BUT they printed my poster on thicker paper and with a beautiful gloss. The colors turned out amazing, and the quality -- I've never seen it in a poster before. Absolutely perfect. Even more, when I printed off my poster, I had some really deep blacks. We began rolling the poster up into a tube -- that they provided -- and noticed the ink hadn't quite dried, and it started to rub off. Edward printed off 2 more just to be sure, let it sit a bit, tried a lighter black and it came out still beautiful. They customer service is 10/10 and make sure you're satisfied with your product. I would 100% recommend and I will always use them in the future. It was a bit costly to do same day and such a big poster, but absolutely worth the quality, service, and convenience.

It takes a minute to notarize, however, you want customers to waste their PRECIOUS time booking appointments. Finally, I came across Revere Business Center, called the office and the gentleman on the other side greeted and treated me like a human. Immediately, rushed to his place to take a print out of the affidavit, notarize and scan it back to my email! What a buttery smooth experience and professional high-quality service. I frequent Staples for the odd print job every now and then. The printing rates for black and white documents are actually pretty reasonable! I paid $1.60 to print 10 pages. Since my recent discovery that Staples has a UPS service, I'll probably be visiting more often. Staples also saved me during the current pandemic. I was able to score Lysol spray and sanitizing wipes here. You can find a limited supply of cleaning supplies and food/drinks here, but will be paying a premium on items. A store that is now focused on Office and Tech needs, is closed today "because their wifi is down…read moreand they need to wait for another employee to come in in 3 hours(not an exaggeration, they said the employee would be in at 1, its currently 10am, opening)to fix it". So number 1 you're telling me that your stores don't properly utilize the technology they sell and number 2, that your employees have no understanding of simple tech troubleshooting, number 3 you're paying people to sit there and be useless, overall great management.
