Going in was a gamble, because it looks like you might get kidnapped here. But I really need to get a grinder. As soon as I walk in, I trip over the tiny little step that goes into the front door and actually hurt my toe. The person looked at me like I'm crazy as I ask about that and if there was a sign on the door. They lackadaisically say to me, after giving me a blank stare, that I am the first person ever tripped over that step. Which I find to be absolutely impossible. The blasé attitude was apparent and offputting immediately. I don't want to assume the person was high, especially since I'm not prepared to guess on what. From there I walk over to the side and I turn around and say I'm OK thanks for asking after clearly no concern was shown. The money I was prepared to spend today is nothing compared to dignity and respect. I'm not sure if this is a business model, but I have been to other love shack that were not as shady as this one. Save your money. Order from Amazon or find another location. Seems like a bunch of losers here.

I then reached out and found out that she works by appointments only. It is a home business and there are two rooms in the house for suits. The room was organized and the suits were grouped by category and color. Competition suits are quite expensive and these were reasonably priced and good quality. Liners were provided so can try the suits in. I tried on a few and fell in love with a color that wasn't on my list to try on. I definitely recommend this place and I will return for my next show!

This was my first time in the shop and as I recently purchased a new tank from a different store, (not Xhale City,) I showed him my tank and asked if he carried the coils. He assured me they did, brought them out and I purchased both the gummies and the coils. Tonight when I started to replace my coil, I discover they have sold me the wrong size. I called the shop, hoping they would honour an exchange but was immediately told by a different employee, Oscar, that all sales are final. This is not the customer's fault and granted, I do not always adhere to the "customer is always right" policy. Most people that try to pull that are only looking to rip off the retailer. I know from my own experience in retail, but I also work at being fair. The conversation downgraded completely when I tried to explain to Oscar that I didn't feel this was a fair policy due to how the transaction took place. With that said, I spoke to a manager in a follow up call and he set me up, corrected the situation and apologized for the mistake and the misunderstanding.
