So I booked my first appointment with Maggie and walked in to the appointment slightly nervous. I've had a bunch of Brazilian waxes over the last couple years but for some reason still was feeling nervous! The first impression of the place was a smallish hole in the wall place but it opened up to a much larger set of rooms with many waxers. The front desk girl greeted me and I was seen quickly by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! Very very nice and welcoming lady who truly seems to enjoy her work. She chatted with me and got to know more about my life which made me feel a lot better about getting waxed again. It had been awhile. I let her know and she was patient with me through the whole process. Now be forewarned! Maggie's technique was different than the other esthetician I went to before. But her technique is was makes the hair stay away for even longer! So just trust that she knows what she's doing. She treats her clients like family and works really hard at this skill. I was able to book a Saturday appointment for an express hydrafacial pretty quickly and I was on my way. The suite is tucked away in a neighborhood and it's nice and sterile looking inside. The aesthetician Kayla is amazing! Going in I was slightly concerned with how my skin would respond to the facial since I'm currently using topical creams, but Kayla assured me I would be good. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable about the process, as well as the products used during the facial and their benefits, and she talked me through the whole facial which I truly appreciated. I have extremely sensitive skin and she was so gentle, she really put me at ease through the process. The facial was relaxing, and I noticed an immediate difference in my skin once done. Was prescribed antibiotics that made symptoms temporarily go away and then started coming back immediately when the full course of antibiotics were done. No problem.. its the human body so its understandable that a new urine culture may need to be done and a different antibiotic needed.. they wanted me to come in and pay a 2nd exam fee and go thru a whole new exam processes when I was just there 2 weeks ago. Scam. They only want your money. If you are seen for 1 issue and they dont resolve it, expect to pay more money to be treated correctly.
