My Primary Care Physician sent them my referral to schedule the procedure, the day after receiving the referral they called me to schedule an appointment to discuss the procedure in more detail. Two days prior to my appointment a nurse called me to ask me questions so we could complete my medical history questionnaire. They also went over all my demographics and they sent me an email so I could set up an account on their office portal. I arrived at the office and once I had signed in they immediately took me to the back for my consultation. Upon exiting the consultation with the ARNP, I went to the check out counter were I scheduled my procedure date. I received information as to the location that the procedure would take place, the time I should arrive and what information I needed to know regarding prepping for the procedure. About 10 minutes after leaving the office I got a call from the office pharmacy verifying my address and letting me know they would be sending me out my prescription to my home. No need for me to go to a pharmacy drop off a prescription and pick up meds. The office was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process was easy and quick, the flow in which everything was done in my opinion works. Working in the Healthcare system I can tell you that things are not always as seamless as this process was. They definitely respect their patients time and the treatment you receive helps you feel less stressed.

I had a bad feeling about this place from the second I walked in. The baron walls, fast food menu on the wall of prices for services, and sub-zero temperatures did not give me a feeling of comfort, a much-needed feeling as I was in a high amount of discomfort. After taking getting my X-rays taken I took a photo of my X-rays on the computer with my phone. At this point, the doctor came running over saying "that's a big no-no, big no-no" as he was chastizing the X-ray tech in front of me for taking a picture of my x-rays. This gave me a very uncomfortable feeling seeing the way that he was treating his staff in front of me. Especially since there should not be a single issue with me taking a picture of my X-rays on my phone. After my examination, I ensured that they gave me a copy of these X-rays on a CD and there was no issue there. I came in with immense pain in my foot and hand. The doctor poked around on my foot until he located the pain. He then left the room for no more than 15 seconds, not even enough time to have walked to the room where he would look at the X-rays. He came back and told me that I did not have any fractures in my finger or foot. The Issue here is that I sent my X-rays over to a radiologist and within 15 seconds he noticed a very clear and obvious fracture in both my foot and finger.

Absolute joke of a pediatric emergency room…read more We walked in with my son's hand completely covered in blood--he needed stitches--and there was ZERO sense of urgency. From the initial check-in, to the nurse, to finally seeing the doctor almost an hour later... no one moved with any urgency whatsoever. Meanwhile, staff were casually talking about who was going to lunch--as if nothing was happening--while my child was there bleeding. And the worst part? We were there for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS just to get four stitches. This isn't the first time either. The lack of care, the slow response, the complete disregard for patients--it's becoming a pattern at this hospital. Unacceptable.

My insurance covered a portion of the cost and left me with the additional bill. It was not a lot of money but non-the-less they should have advised me of that before hand. I would have opted NOT to get the injection. It did not make any changes whatsoever in my situation and it was obvious I did not need it. Really feels like a money grab. Very disappointing. I've hated seeing my usual doctor for the last 10 years…read morebecause it was always a huge inconvenience scheduling an appointment; I would always have to wait 2-5 weeks to get an appointment and on top of that I would always schedule early morning appointments 1st thing in the morning at 8am or 9am but spend the 1st hour or two just waiting in the waiting room to see a doctor and once I was finally called back and placed in a room, I'd wait another 29-45 minutes for the doctor to actually come see me. This visit was a dream come true. My usual doctor was of course not available for weeks out to see me, so I finally decided to look for a new doctor. I jumped on ZocDoc.com and found Dr. Gogate with great reviews and availablity to see me the next day. This was my first visit here so I had a lot of paperwork to fill out that took about 30 agonizing minutes. I pre-filled out the paperwork on ZocDoc but the doctor's office says that it never comes to them so that was an inefficient waste of time. But once that ordeal was done, it was fast and friendly service all the way! I felt that the doctor and her staff was very nice and accommodating. I found my new doctor. This was a great visit!

I've had excellent service at memorial urgent care center. Today, I hit the lottery because when I…read morepulled up there was no one in the waiting room. I had been bitten by dozens of red ants on my feet and one of the bites was infected. They quickly and compassionately took care of me. I was given antibiotics and the doctor advised me to wear open toed shoes for a while. She also told me to lay off of the hydrogen peroxide for the time being as it was burning the infection site. From start to finish, everyone was kind and helpful! I consider Memorial Urgent Care to be my go to place for Urgent Care.
