I went on their website for a free quote and put my phone number in, within 30 minutes Randy called me and was excited to speak with me. He did not make me feel like i was just another caller or a job to get out of the way. He showed up that day! And did his first spraying on the spot! He wasnt pushy at all and sincerely just wanted to help my bug situation. He did a great job both interior and exterior, I am already seeing a substantial change in bug presence. When i walk outside to my driveway even, there are several dead insects that i know would have made it inside my home if it wasn't for Randy. Great company, great guy and the price is average. Stat Pest Control was very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and reasonable. My poor puppy kept going outside to the yard and bringing fleas back in. I treated him multiple times without any success. I contacted Stat Pest Control to get information on what I could do to resolve the situation. We have had a severer infestation of ants. I called Stat Pest control and several techs have come out to spray and find out where the ants are coming from. It helped a little, but Raul has come out twice now and WOW!!! He is just amazing, he has sprayed, spread around the trees in back and the front. The ant condition is steadily getting better. He very through and extremely polite. He explains everything to me, made some suggestions and I really appreciate all that he has done. Randy came to my boat for a complete Pest Removal. Top to bottom covered everything I had a problem with. 3 months later still no pests. He definitely knows his bugs and knows how to get rid of them.
