Just to see, I spent a day calling around for quotes. Some places wanted nearly $300/hr plus a long laundry list of hidden fees, and I thought there was no way it was worth it. But the last company I called was Sterling Interstate, and wow--what a breath of fresh air. We had already dealt with a lot of stress while closing on our first home, and we just needed a reliable team to cross the finish line.
