Upon return to the valley, I contacted the local national RV dealer that wanted me to go through the cost of rediagnosing the converter problem. I looked on the internet for an authorized Tiffin dealer and found EV RV Specialist. I spoke with Josh, explained the issue with the converter. That was a lot but I figured I wanted everything to work correctly when I get ready to sell it so I agreed. I was told the motorhome was done so when I picked it up, I asked Josh the front desk guy to show me that the camera worked. Guess what, it didn't. East Valley went back to work and "oops", it also needs a new cable. It would take two guys 8 hours to install it and it would cost thousands with the parts and labor. I asked Management through Josh what they could do to make this right. Their answer was "nothing" as the camera was bad anyway so I was out $702. I bought a wireless camera and installed it myself for under $150. My advice is stay away from East Valley RV Specialists. Josh is a nice guy but the rest of the place sucks in my opinion.

Had some damage on both sides of my 2021 momentum 381M I showed up to APR and talked with Mike he…read moresaid they were about a month out I then explained that we travel full time in or 5th wheel and we had to be on the road by the end of the week and also asked if we could stay in our RV while the worker was performed. Mike the replied let me go check some things on the schedule he came back and said he can make it happen and in two days it was as good as new. Not only did they let us stay in our RV but they have a guest RV at a local RV park that they offer you free of charge if you are not able to stay in the RV while they perform the work. I can't recommend Mike and APR enough these guys are top notch great costumer service and great work. 5 stars for me.
