The connections on both bumpers had been broken above the wheel wells. I mentioned this to several employees, including Tim, the paint manager. They promised that they would fix this, and the estimates included "repair." When I went to pick up the car, the back bumper was fixed, but the front bumper was still loose. I noted this, and they said that they would order the clips and let me know when they could complete the work. I haven't heard from them since then. After one week, I emailed them to find out when they could complete the work that we had contracted, but they didn't reply. Our front bumper is still loose on both sides. Because of this negative experience, I cannot recommend this company.
