Pulling in and out of this location can be tricky since there is no direct entrance, you have to drive around other businesses. Remote teller access on a Saturday is nice, something our local BB&T branch never offered but I've also found that using your ATM card to gain entrance can be iffy. If it doesn't work, try swiping it at different speeds until you gain admittance. We much prefer credit unions to big banks since they are not all about profits and shareholders, and offer better banking products.

Replies to your questions are boiler plate statements that do not address the imput you provide. This bank offers 3/5 the service of other banks. Play it safe. Avoid them.

A few FYIs: - Their REGULAR business hours are M-F, 10 AM to 7 PM. Yelp lists their extended tax season hours (9-8), so beware and call ahead! - I was given an initial estimate of 10 minutes to notarize documents. This must have been PER DOCUMENT, as we ended up being there for an hour!! - They only accept CASH (again, except during tax season). This would have been extremely helpful to have known up front. - When I came in the front door, a friendly, elderly chihuahua rushed to greet me. I loved this, but it's worth being aware of if you have allergies, fears, or tend to take a long time going through doors. ;) The dog was not there the other time I've been in.

After over 30 years of paying premiums for home and car insurance, the only interactions I ever had…read morewith State Farm until recently were dealt with directly in Greg Lopeman's office, because the claim amounts were below $10,000. For the 2 or 3 claims we made over that time Greg's office handled everything quickly and fairly, and up until a couple of months ago I wouldn't have hesitated leaving a 5 star review. The trouble comes when you have a claim ABOVE $10,000, at which point the issue is out of the hands of local offices like Lopeman's and moves to "State Farm Corporate" as they describe themselves. These "adjustors" literally call themselves "a different company" from the local offices, and they are trained assassins at denying claims. We recently had water damage due to Tropical Storm Chantal, and the gyrations these clowns went through to deny us coverage were utterly ridiculous. When I proved that their first reason for denial was wrong because they were misreading a mechanical code, they came up with a second, unrelated denial. When I proved that wrong and insisted on speaking to a supervisor, that supervisor came up with yet a third reason to deny our claim, the first major one we'd made in over 30 years. Greg Lopeman is a good guy and does his best to run a fair business. But the fact is that State Farm Corporate is positively mercenary, and will be of no help to you if you actually need it. Look at their Google Reviews: 1.2 stars, and every review reads just like this one. Run, don't walk, from anything to do with State Farm Insurance. When you actually need them to do what you've been paying them for, they are worse than useless.
