One of the hats sold out so they decided to send me a random hat... problem is this hat is the exact same hat as one of the other 2. It's also showing up in my email as 2 separate products and not 1 hat x2. Why the hell would I order 2 of the same hat? Customer service told me no exchanges, that's kind of crazy.

Knows everything and anything about hats. It's inceredible the knowledge he has on everything and just his overall kindness and work ethic. Blake is an awesome cat as well. He has been there for me listening to story after story by me. He has dropped a lot of knowledge over the past year or so and gets me excited to come in too. So thank you Daniel is new and a cool dude. Love talking Dodger baseball with him and overall life. He gives great tips on apparel as well. He's really passionate about his job. Then there's Cat. She's always fun to chat with during events and has a great sense of humor too. I even forgot how long she's been doing it and she's been there through my best and worst times. Lastly there's Merari. She's new but very friendly as well and has a hard work ethic. Still came to work even after a car accident which is amazing. We need more workers like her in the field. Overall I will only shop here. The staff is amazing as you can see and WAY better than lids. The quality is perfect and you get that "barber shop" like treatment when visiting. I needed a hat for an upcoming photo shoot, so it was serendipitous Lauren was there. It was fun to shop for the perfect hat and then have it customized right in front of me. Lauren is so pleasant and has a great sense of humor. She chatted with us while she customized my hat. It's just beautiful. I highly recommend this business for any event.

The store has new and used items but everything I found was new! I'll definitely go back again and recommend others going as well! There has been no movement on my order, and I still haven't received any shipping or tracking information. I've sent multiple emails and have been communicating back and forth with the Branded Bills AI agent. Most recently, I was told my concern would be escalated to another team. I'm hoping that leads to a resolution soon. At this point, I simply want the hat I purchased--it looks great on the website.
