Avoid if you're bigger than a size large, terrible selection and even worse service I recently visited the Men's Wearhouse in Chandler hoping to find an outfit for an upcoming special event, and it was one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I've had. Unless you're a size large or smaller, avoid this place entirely. Their in-store selection for bigger sizes (XL and up) is pitifully limited, barely any options on the racks, and what little they had was either out of stock in my size or looked like it had been sitting there forever. To make matters worse, the service was horrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. I stood there for several minutes and started browsing. The only employee interaction was "I'll be over to help you shortly". I browsed for 20-30 minutes not really finding many items larger than a L. I've shopped at other Men's Wearhouse locations before and had decent experiences, but this Chandler store felt very understaffed and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else (or shop online/big & tall specialists) if you're not a smaller build. This location gets a hard pass from me. read more

Bought a long sleeve dress shirt here for a wedding this past weekend. Never washed it, never even wore it aside from trying it on at home. I took the tag off (didn't realize how large of an issue this would be). Ended up wearing a polo to the wedding instead. Due to the tag being off the shirt (still had the receipt), the manager would not accept the return. What a horrible way to do business and drive away customers. Needed to find a suit on short notice for an event as well as get some slacks and shirts for my son. Struck out at Kohl's very quickly. Nothing in either of our sizes decided to swing by here. Haven't ever been into a Men's Wearhouse. VERONICA was AMAZING!! greeted us immediately, asked us what we were looking for. Got my son into the right slacks and found him multiple pairs. This manager has to go ! My girlfriend and I went into this location to look for a suit for a party coming up. Unfortunately the party got canceled so I tried to return the suit to the store not even 2 weeks later. The tags were removed from the suit in preparation for the party but it was never actually worn. Only tried on of course. When I try to return the suit, the employees and manager claims there's a stain on the suit jacket that for some strange reason only they can see. The manager then proceeds to get upset and threaten to call the cops on my girlfriend and I because he was "frustrated". That is totally unacceptable! I would like this store and manager to know that this case has been taken up by the parent company Tailored Brands. You will hear from them soon! read more

Completely overpriced find online deals, which I should have done, they also lied about tailoring being free when you buy it from them and in typical 2025 fashion nobody cares about your complaints. Be careful. Men's Warehouse makes it difficult to make returns even if you have the original receipt. They insist in collecting all your personal information in order to "creat an account" even if you do not want an account. They cannot just issue refund to the credit card used for the transaction automatically. They need the original credit card even if that card is no longer in existence. TIP: just dispute the whole transaction with your credit card company. BIGGER TIP: Do not shop this store. read more

Business is built on taking care of your customers. I had some issues with a suit I bought from this store and originally had a hard time refunding it. Long story short, Men's Wearhouse ended up giving me a full refund and made things more than square. I honestly don't know where to start, so here we go... My groomsmen and I had an appointment for two weeks, upon walking in we were not greeted and most staff seemed busy... We went to the left side of the store and talked for about 10-15 minutes and finally a whisper from behind us with the most annoyed look said "can I help you." His enthusiasm, attitude and overall atmosphere was energy draining. My experience getting a TUX and groomsmen was awful. Kirk or Kurt should be fired and I should be refunded, don't waste your time here. I am appalled and angry. I complained to Men's Wearhouse and was basically told to kick rocks. Enjoy! read more

My son went here in March to get fitted for a suit for his wedding in June. They took one look at him and had one of the inexperienced sales people "help" him, most likely thinking he wouldn't be spending much money. Well he had $1000 to spend on a suit! The guy that helped him was new and was not much help at all, my son ended up paying $720 for a suit. It came in a few weeks later, my son went to the store to try it on and make sure it was good. The pants were a size 44! My son is a size 30! How do you make a mistake like that, especially when they were making the jacket also? So they said they would send them to get fixed. My son goes to pick everything a week before the wedding and they never sent the pants out! They put notes in his account to do it, but didn't do it. It had been over 4 weeks. This was the worst experience all the way around and we will never go back to this store. read more

Tux for a wedding rental... fitting process had been super easy. But unfortunately the neck was measured too big and shoulders and sleeve length too small... The tailor was super rude and just said I don't know how to wear formal clothes. Well Micah stepped in and was able to figure out which measurements were wrong and find something that did fit quickly. Without him i would be leaving a 1 star review because of how rude the tailor was as she had no intent on listening or helping. Get a new tailor! read more

Wow I ordered some pants and it stated that it I would be able to pick up in store. I placed my order and then after about an hour I received that my order was going to ship in 3 days plus they got my size wrong. I call the store and the lady didn't know what I was referring to when I asked about picking up in store. She then handed the phone so a guy there that right off the bat had a bad attitude, like if it was a bother for me to ask about my order. He literally hung up on me 4 times. Just to tell me he doesn't see my order number in his system. After questioning his ability to help me he replied just call customer service. I called the number to there support line just to be told " we are closed". This was actually my first time buying anything from here and it'll be my last. I really needed those pants. Went there today to buy a sport coat and shirt. Walked in and was greeted by someone and told them I was looking for a sport coat and shirt. He looked at me confused, walked over to a desk in the back and then walked over and helped someone else without a word to me. No one ever came to help so we started trying to find what we needed on our own. Even measured myself and tried to find the right shirt size. Not sure if they were short on staff or what but couldn't find what we needed. They may have had it, I may have been looking in the wrong place so we just left. Not what I am used to when I go there. Driving in from out of town to pick up a suit. Spoke with a young man, let him know we were there to pick up a suit. He was not able to find it after a few attempts. Finally was found. The customer service is laking in in so many ways. Whatever happened to customer? Definitely a lost art! Happened to be in the area visiting from CA and decided to visit this store on a whim and glad we did. Ahmed provided us with excellent customer service from beginning to end. He made multiple recommendations and at the end provided us with a great looking ensemble. My husband was very happy with the purchase and the shoes that were not available in store, Ahmed was able to order them for us and have them delivered to our home. BE CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE upon purchasing a suit I realized I had an existing suit that was better suited for the occasion I was attending and did not need this one the return policy has 90 days return time frame on the back of the receipt knowing this I waited until I had time to return since I live 20 minutes away from this location on the 78th day I returned it the manager at this store decided that I had worn the suit even though I had only tried it on once because I waited so long he came up w every excuse to say I wore it oh the tags aren't on it oh u dry cleaned it oh I can smell cologne on it even asked me why did u wait so long non of his business by the way Lesson learned even if I was to receive a complimentary anything and this was the last suit place in town I will never shop here again. read more

The manager of this store has awful customer service skills. Hovered over my (well-behaved) 5 year old to make sure she wouldn't touch anything and made her/us feel like an inconvenience for needing to have our child with us. Got snippy with my kid & when we asked to her to direct comments about our child to us, proceeded to ignore us until my husband had to directly ask her to acknowledge us for help. I had the absolute worst headache with this company! With them being such a well known reputable company, I definitely expect more! On 2/21/2022 my now husband and 2 groomsman and my nephew went into Mens Wearhouse in Chandler to order rentals for our upcoming wedding, 4/9/2022. They got there as soon as it was opened and Kirk or Kurt (SP) was their representative that was in. Kurt then proceeded to assist with their tux's. I was not there with them, but heard that it was a train wreck already. Fast forward 3/19, we received emails that the tux's were ready, we thought it was a bit early, but I called and they were not ready yet, maybe it was an accidental email, no big deal. 4/1 We have not heard anything about the tux's, so I gave them a call to see if they were ready, come to find out after 5 phone calls this day that they had the incorrect event date and the incorrect name on the orders, they had the date of 4/6 and they were supposed to be returned soon after, we had to contact the Mens Wearhouse at Tempe Marketplace to even have the dates and names corrected because the Mens Wearhouse in Chandler was not accommodating! 4/6 (Wedding is in 3 days) I Called at 2:30 PM. I spoke with Kirk/Kurt(SP) and I was explaining that the wedding is on Saturday and we did not have the suits yet so I was extremely concerned, now I know there are Bridezillas, but I was extremely relaxed for our wedding, I expressed the discontent about not having our tux's yet and the representative listed above literally told me to "Chill out" I literally can not make this up! How dare he! He then got a manager for me. I explained my situation and the manager found our order and he said it should get to them tomorrow and that he would call me. I wanted for a call and never got it, I called again on 4/7 manager told me that the shipment has not arrived yet and he never called that day either. 4/8 the day of my rehearsal, we called and after being hung up on and then waiting on hold they finally found the tux's so we were able to pick up. Luckily everything fit well. But on the receipt it said that our Event date was on 4/6 luckily it was not, because we would have been without the tux's on our day!! 4/10 my husband went to drop off his tux and was trying to get his deposit back and they said he will not be getting it back due to the tux's being Late!! WTF! It honestly was not late if they had the dates correct! I was appalled! I called to speak with a manager was told I would get a call back and no one ever called me back! I feel like I should get a major discount as well as deposit back but did not get anything! I have never had this experience with this company before, but they will never EVER get my business again, so if the manager is reading this, I am still waiting for your call. read more

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Our tuxedos for my son's wedding this weekend were not pressed. They also did not have ties after several excuses of Fed Ex didn't pick them up, etc. As the mother of the groom, I had to run to Macy's and pick up four ties 20 minutes before the wedding because the promised ties still never arrived. They also messed up the pocket squares as they were not in stock and they forgot to order them. They were unconcerned and unwilling to help even after asking if we could pick up ties from another location. They spelled the groom's name wrong and had trouble finding their account.
