    I had such a good/bad experience here! I stopped here to purchase perfume and shoes for an event, as well as to look over the clearance racks since they have some of the best clearance items.( In my opinion)!!! I must say that, my first encounter was with Alex, the nice unseasoned fella who had a station set up by the candy, passing out samples. This guy was so much fun and energetic as he went over all of the candy items and gave out yummy samples. I never buy candy from malls but because Alex was so amazing I made a purchase of the hot chocolate sticks which I've seen on TV and thought that they were cool.( $5 a pop). Alex made me want to return to this area and grab more for my Grandchildren so I'll be returning. Next up, I was in the shoe dept which was a mess and although, busy the employees weren't around assisting anyone that I could see, so I moved on to the perfume area in which the ladies in perfume and makeup were extremely nice and Welcoming! I sprayed Coco Chanel on me, 1 pump and even after showers could still smell it lingering around my car and house, so I returned to this mall and bought a bottle later. Next up, Vince Camuto which is where it went bad! I found a dress in Jr's since Jr sizes aren't like they used to be and are now grown lady sizes/ style but then, this employee came over to me who works in this dept and (remind you it's Christmas shopping time) and she told me that the dress I was holding well..., put it this way, she made it a point to insult me about the size... not even the style, so, I asked her where the "grown women" dresses were and she sent me way to the other side of the store... after asking 4 different people where the dept was, turned out, it was literally around the back of the wall but across, from juniors Why this store wouldn't put all designers in their designers location, is mind-boggling to me!!! Designers are spread across the entire dept so you will see Mk here in one corner with the rest of it being in another opposite area. This is a horrific setup! This lady ( in all black) was a mean girl, and bitter probably because I was smaller than her. She should be moved over to the kids dept since that's how she was behaving. Who does that! Next up, Michael Kors which, I found dresses that I absolutely love and purchased. The EMPLOYEES WHO ARE OUTSTANDING and who caught my attention the most were, Chandra and Monika. These 2 deserve raises as they both approached me at the same time, to assist and both helped me to pick out items and provided me with awesome feedback on items that I purchased. They were also the ones who directed me to the correct location for Vince Camuto apparel. Kudos to these 2 AWESOME LADIES as this is what Customer Service should be EVERYWHERE!!! Overall, I had a fun time shopping here... thanks to Alex, Chandra, Monika and the nice Lady with the gray hair in the Ellen dept, who rang me up. All really nice employees who all deserve big fat raises!!! This is Customer service folks!

    So, needless to say I'm tired of going into Dillards and seeing how disgusting the fitting rooms are. They are filthy! This isn't the first time, and they always seem to be about the same level of filth. These should be vacuumed nightly Friday through Sunday night at a minimum because you are busy over the weekend. But also, wipe down the walls and clean the carpet every 5 years or so! This location is going downhill pretty fast including the selection of clothing this year. If you cannot maintain your stores level of cleanliness, I would imagine you will lose more and more customers that actually spend money vs. the hordes of kids there to "hang out." I'll have to visit the Scottsdale Fashion center again. Just to compare. I've never been in any stores there that are in this condition. I cannot imagine how this is acceptable by any store manager or the mall itself since you are an anchor store. Extremely fed up and disappointed.

    The Mac workers are lovely but unfortunately the woman at the Chanel and Dior counter named Maria was by far the worst and most uncomfortable, hostile experience I had. If you simply are going there to try the makeup samples at the display either Chanel or Dior you'll be berated for creating a mess you didn't do. Somehow I was told off by her by making a mess of her Chanel lip liners (that I did not even touch, and maybe take better care of your sells products if they're a mess?), first I was being accused by her for making a mess with the lip liners (they're SAMPLES THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE THERE FOR ANYWAYS FOR GUEST TO SAMPLE) and then the second supposedly had to do with covid?? Awful, awful experience, and I don't understand why any human being would act that way towards someone else let alone in a sell's customer environment Maria, do better and be a better human. Shop at Macy's Chanel or Jcpenny's Chanel instead!

    I went into the Dillard's Clearance Center by accident, thinking it was a regular Dillard's store…read more Since I'm preparing for an upcoming trip, I decided to go in and see whether I could find anything worthwhile. This is not a true Dillard's experience in my opinion. The quality of the clothing was very disappointing and did not reflect what I normally associate with the brand. The store felt cluttered, and much of the merchandise appeared cheaply made, with low-quality fabrics and poor construction. While the pricing is lower, the items felt more like fast-fashion pieces being marketed through a secondary outlet rather than discounted versions of Dillard's standard offerings. I personally prefer fewer, higher-quality pieces. Dillard's is known for better fabrics, cleaner cuts, and stronger structure, and I would rather pay more for something that holds up over time than buy items that feel like they would not last beyond a wash or two. Unfortunately, that level of quality was not present here. The overall environment also felt uninspiring and somewhat depressing, which made the shopping experience less enjoyable. This location did not align with what I look for in clothing or in-store presentation, and it is not a place I would choose to shop again. If you are expecting the traditional Dillard's quality and experience, this clearance center may be a surprise.

My experience with Jos A. Bank (both this location, two other locations, and their corporate team) was horrific save working with Madeline and Ross at this location. While I truly commend both of them on their wonderful customer service, I cannot recommend anyone even consider renting tuxes from this company. It was by far the most stressful part of planning my wedding, which is outrageous. We had initially been planning on buying suits for our wedding day, but we won 8 tux rentals at the Bridal Show, so we decided to use these instead. Despite being free, they honestly caused more of a headache than they were worth and I wish we'd just bought suits elsewhere. Here are the issues we had: 1) At our first visit, my husband, father, father-in-law, and brother went in with the certificates for the free suits. I wasn't there, but I was told that they completely brushed off the certificates and didn't put anything into the computer. A sales associate also said "Wow, it's so nice that you have three generations in here trying on suits" implying that my dad was my father-in-law's father... my dad is in his 60s. It was incredibly rude. I can't remember that associates name, so I won't take a guess. My brother and husband did manage to get measured. 2) After hearing about this, my mother and I went in to make sure the certificates were on file and being used. The certificates had not been entered into the system by the other associate. When we got there, no one really seemed to know what was going on other than Madeline. She made sure that there were several notes made about the free suit and called the corporate line to make sure there were no issues. We're grateful to her for this. 3) One of our groomsmen in California was yelled at by the manager of his store because he didn't have a group number to put the measurements in. We were never given a group number, and they can easily look up the rental by event date and name. 4) A groomsman in Georgia went to get fitted and the sales associate guessed his jacket size and just told him a number. When he asked if they needed to put it into the computer for the event they told him no. He went outside and called my husband to see if this was correct (it wasn't), and then went back inside to make sure they measured him properly. 5) A groomsman had his measurements already and was trying to call in to give them to the store. He got redirected multiple times by the corporate office and even GOT SENT TO MEN'S WAREHOUSE. How this happened, I have no idea. My best guess is that an employee tried to google their own number and Men's Warehouse had a paid ad. 6) We called the Monday before our wedding to make sure the tuxes were coming in. Thank goodness we did, BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ORDER MY HUSBAND'S TUX. I have no idea how this happened, because my brother, who was measured at the same time had his tux ordered and we had paid a deposit. In the same call, we also learned that one of the tuxes was going to Georgia, even though we'd requested everything get delivered to this location. I honestly am not sure how this would've been fixed if we hadn't called. Luckily, we got in touch with Ross, the store manager, who calmed me down (because I was absolutely livid by this point) and figured out how to get all of the tuxes there on time. 7) When the tuxes came in one was about 4 inches too short and one had jacket sleeves sewn on in a way that they were permanently twisted and not wearable. Both groomsmen were able to go into this location and Ross helped them fix the situation. Tldr; Ross and Madeline are great but this store and company are not worth the awful service and complete lack of quality control that we received from everyone else. If it hadn't been for Ross, my husband wouldn't have had a tux.
