We came in to get a full suit for my fiancée with shoes and a belt. My dad needed pants, shirt, belt and shoes. We had them tailored. A week later I came in and they do not have my fiancées shirt. They apparently didn't ring it up. At the fitting they pinned the shirt because it didn't fit. Now we don't have it. We spent over $2000 in one day. They made me buy another shirt they think may fit him and if it doesn't it we have to come back in to have it fitted. Don't waste your time with Nicks. They didn't even apologize. read more

This one is tough, I don't know where to start. Of all the vendors we worked with during the wedding, this is the only we regret going with. From the beginning communication was poor. - We were told a price and then found out after shoes and belt were not included. We were also told alterations were included, they were not. - As the customer we had to spend way too much time as the middleman. Constantly having to get clarification and relaying messages to the groomsmen. Especially with two who were out of state. - On two separate occasions, suits were shipped to the wrong location. One out of state members almost had his shipped out of state when the plan was in store pickup. - We had multiple employees answering questions, not one single point of contact. This led to confusion and It was obvious information was not passed on or being shared correctly within the company. As bad as the experience was leading up to the wedding, if I would have had an awesome suit it could have been overlooked. Unfortunately I'm extremely unhappy with the suit, and it was a disaster. - The day I came in to pick up the suit, I said "the pants feel too tight, I'm worried about them ripping during a dance." I was told "You have plenty of room, I do not recommend any further alterations. Move with confidence and know they won't rip." - Pictured below is the result of "moving with confidence." The pants ripped completely down the back. - The jacket was also a mess. In EVERY one of our wedding pictures the right arm is noticeably shorter. Also, the shoulders looked pinched as if they were tailored by an amateur. I was told that suits are difficult to tailor for men with builds. At no point was I given the option or recommended a custom suit. The end result was a terrible experience, a ruined pair of pants and a jacket I never plan to wear again. While waiting for my alterations to be finished, I received a call from the assistant manager, named Connor. He told me "Ricardo came in and wanted his money back for the purchase of my suit and he accidentally paid for me" First, I was only in the store with my fiancé, her name is not ricardo. Connor repeatedly implying I knew this guy. With my internet down at my house, I could not check my credit card on my recent transactions. So, I told Conner, I was going to wait until I could verify that my card was not charged before proceeding. He seemed annoyed. I then asked if my alterations were finish. He sharply and rudely retorted, "yeah, but you have to pay for your items first"-- as I was trying to get away with something. Well, I'm 99.999999% sure the store accidentally charged the customer ahead me, by the name of Ricardo for my suit. Mistakes happen--but don't pretend like it is my fault, be rude, and insinuate I am trying to not pay for my purchase. It's also nerve racking the customer ahead of me had his debit card info still in the system. I would be very nervous to run my credit card information at a store that does not protect their customers credit cards well. I asked to speak to a general manager, and have not received a call yet......... Got a call back after 2 days. General manager told me she would be in store from 1-9pm on Wednesday. I came in at 3:30pm--was told she was in a conference. Seems like the only person worried about myself as a customer is me. read more

I was really pleased with the great selection of Suits especially considering my size is a little hard to find. If you go here make sure you ask for Mia, she took great care of me in terms of measurements, sizing, and picking out ties and pocket squares that went with my suit. She was also there when I came for pickup and made sure everything fit perfectly and I looked sharp for a wedding I was going to. They fitted my groomsmen horribly during the first visit at this location. When it came to the delivery date the gentleman who helped us with alterations gave my groomsmen entirely new suits from the rack. Imagine if they didn't have the proper sizes that day for my guys? I'm thankful the gentleman properly fit them but the prior visit was unacceptable. I was not a fan of the wedding coordinator at this location. She was very pushy on the Custom Suit option and made us feel like we bothered her with certain questions. I ended up going to the Scottsdale location to get my suit and alterations because I did love their quality and prices for their wedding package. I'd much rather recommend the Scottsdale location vs the Chandler location. read more

I was in need of a suit or a blazer to wear to an upcoming memorial service and I needed it in 2 days. I worked with Dontae at the Chandler Fashion Square location and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He was able to pull the right size suit off of the rack with just a glance at my frame and it fit perfectly and did not need alterations. The pants did require alterations but the suit with alterations was ready for pickup the day and time that Dontae promised. I wish we went to the Scottsdale location or choose another business overall. The coordinators are awful. Not on the same page at all. The entire experience from start to finish at this location was horrible and was constantly given inconsistent info depending on if the wedding coordinator, assistant, or the men fitting was being asked. It feels like they were so accommodating and flexible just to get the contract signed. After that all of a sudden everything was set in stone and there was no flexibility outside there standard packages. My groomsmen all had different men for their fitting and some were just so helpful and others were awful! We had consultations with plenty of suit places before choosing Nicks and sincerely regret choosing this place. Will update the names of the men to avoid when getting fitted to help others have a better experience than us. read more

Nicks was actually the 3rd stop on our mission to find my sons wedding suit as well as pants, shirts and vest for my 2 other boys. Men's warehouse was a bust and not one person even looked in our direction or acknowledged us. Then off to Dillards we went where the service was a little better with a gentleman asking why we were there and measuring my sons chest, giving a few pointers and walked away. So out into the mall we go when what to our delightful eyes do we see, Nick menswear, how could this be??? We were met right away by Jimme the store manager, he was dressed well, as expected, and was beyond exceptional in the area of service. While we were there Jimme took his time with my 3 boys and got each one of them taken care of individually so they all felt special about the experience. We were at Nicks for approximately an hour or so and even thought the store was filling up fast with customers Jimme never left us!! 10/10 was our experience at Nicks and I'd highly recommend them, not to mention the pricing was phenomenal. read more

My brother is a really tall skinny kid, and he needed a suit for his senior prom. We struggled at many different stores throughout our day and experienced very little service and help (we were shopping in early April on a Tuesday, it was not busy at all anywhere). Immediately upon entrance to Nicks we were greeted by Austin and before we knew it he magically fitted my brother into a whole suit that fit him perfectly. My brother hates shopping and was so gassed up about this experience, he raves about Austin whenever we talk about the experience. I have worked in retail for 6+ years myself and it is obvious Austin and everyone in this store knows what they are doing.
