Instead of helping people feel calm during the test, they create an uncomfortable and arrogant environment. On top of that, the treatment I received felt discriminatory and racist. Gave me incorrect information. It was a completely different experience at the Centerville location as the people that work. There were extremely friendly very fast, very efficient and very accurate with the information on what I needed and got me through the process really quickly and painlessly. When a second form of identification was requested, we offered a recent bank statement. Unfortunately, our attempt to have this document printed is (on their printer as she instructed)at the counter was unsuccessful. The staff member, a young lady with curly hair( her ID was flip-back),then informed us that my son would need to retrieve another address-bearing ID from home. While we fully comprehend and respect the need for proper identification, the manner in which this information was conveyed was notably abrupt and dismissive, creating an unnecessarily stressful atmosphere. Further concerns arose when my son attempted to clarify his preference regarding the organ donor question on his application. His initial query was met with an apparent lack of acknowledgment. When I politely reiterated his question, the staff member responded curtly with, "Let me just finish this!" This interaction, delivered without eye contact, felt very dismissive and demonstrated a clear unwillingness to assist with a simple, yet important, clarification. Adding to our disappointment, when I tried to ask a follow-up question concerning the identification requirements, I was interrupted mid-sentence. This repeated pattern of being cut off and disregarded made effective communication extremely difficult.
