The negative we had was the project leader for the day of work seemed to have cut corners in several places. It started with not all of the work being done that was on the invoice. The office believed me and sent out a worker to check and they validated the work was not done that was in the invoice. When Mass Save came to inspect the work, they also found the light covers were not installed correctly. All and all, it required 4 visits to complete the work for a variety of reasons.

They replaced some rotted facia board, put down ice/water and roof wrap, sanded and flashed the chimneys too! In the days following, all three of my neighbors approached me individually and inquired about the company who installed my roof, as they watched and were also impressed.
