It's almost comical how unreliable these people are. If you're really looking to use them get ready for no shows, late responses, and all around a pain in giving them money and getting them to do work Update: after I posted this I was given the managers number. I called and the installers were at my home the next day to do the install. Jose, Christian and "Neil" did a fantastic job on my insulation in my attic. They were friendly and professional. I would 100% hire them anytime. They worked with incredible attention to detail and explained to me everything they did. They even stand by there work...not that it will ever happen but they will fix their work if needed free of charge. Even my 1 year old liked them. Great crew!!! read more

Poor service. The work the did had to be redone multiple times and still does not work. Also took months to get done.

I was told they would be right out to measure our garage and would get an email that afternoon. Made a second phone call- no response. If our job is too small it would be nice to actually just be told that. read more

I voided contract with them. They didnt show up when it "was scheduled" twice. Their Spr Tim doesnt return phone calls and voice messages left unanswered. Nope, I dont want you guys , sorry. This is not the way to treat your Customer. read more

The job done by Quality Insulation & Building products out of Milford Mass was a good experience for us. I contacted Tim- and he came over within a few days to review the work that needed to be done. Tim measured the space and gave us advice on what he felt would be best given our request for foam insulation in our ceilings as well as walls. We scheduled Tim for 6 weeks after our meeting. I had to cancel the original appointment as of some water damage and the walls had to dry first before the foam could go in. Tim's crew showed up the following week when scheduled. They were polite, shared what they would be doing, put up protection plastic to cover all, and got the work done. Tim also came by to check on the team and make sure all was set. This is by far the worst insulation company on the market. They did not show up when promised (multiple times) and kept giving me the run around when I called to find out why no one arrived. When everything was finally complete, they invoiced me at what I though was a discounted amount to compensate for the multiple delays, which I payed immediately. 3 Months after the work was done they began calling me repeatedly and telling me that even though I payed the invoiced amount, I still owed them money and they wanted it immediately. They recognized that they didn't perform as promised but insisted that they invoiced me incorrectly and now they want their money. If the salesman Scott Dupont shows up at your job site, tell him to get lost, you can find better ways to aggravate yourself. read more

I hired quality insulation to remove and replace my basement insulation after water damage. I worked with a wonderful sales rep named Justin Gelinas who I immediately felt comfortable with. He explained what I needed and how it would be done. He came across as knowledgeable and caring about this job. He at no time was pushy and never appeared rushed. He followed up with phone calls and even stopped by to see how things were going when his men were doing the installation. I haven't had a lot of good experiences when hiring for home projects but this was a totally perfect experience. Justin has renewed my faith that not all people contracted are like my bad experiences. The men who did the work were so professional, friendly, easy to communicate with and did a great cleanup job. I would gladly recommend this company because of the men I had the good fortune to have do this work. read more
