They representative, Tim Moss had verbally guaranteed that should the base be defective- which it was,- it would also be replaced. He had also guaranteed replacing our deck railing and ballusters back on to save us a good amount if $ but their installers refused to do it. We paid for pre-guaranteed composite or vinyl exterior door framing but got wood instead that started to rot almost instantly. Since we complained about 14 months adrer the work had been completed they refused to redo them. We have been stuck with highly defective and expensive products and were threatened on the phone by shane who claimed he had the best lawyers and sgould we sue, he would seize our home, cars, bank accounts and we would have to live in a gutter!

When we met with Paul owner and then with his workman, they both said they could build the deck according to the plan. So we signed the contract. But then the workman showed up with the lumber already purchased, without a copy of the plan. They built a deck that did not match the plan. We paid them in full. We met with the supervisor and he agreed that it was not according to plan. We told them to just remove the deck and we would get someone who can build according to contract. They would not even do that. Our remedy is to go to court.
