I went back today to speak with the Owner and he stated once the sale was done that's it!!! The Owner was nasty and very unprofessional. I would stay clear of this place at all cost. It even looks like a dump from the outside appearance. I should have know better, but the Manager made promises he had the "lowest" prices. Please stay away unless it's an emergency situation. Please do better research than I did. The Owner also called me a "Queer" over the phone. The atmosphere felt very racist to me. I would never go back again of course. Appreciated the referral and csn honestly state that I nevet felt as if I was being taken advantage of by Fontaine's. Have been going for many years and appreciate the genuineness displayed by Darren.He has had some really good employees also; Chris comes to mind. Not only does he service vehicles with a smile, but he also takes the time to point out any discrepancies and whether it needs to be addressed immediately. I have referred countless people to him because of these qualities. Writing today because Darren was extremely helpful again and my vehicle wasn't even serviced. Dealing with an issue with my tires that involved 2 replacements. I knew Fontaine's had not dealt with tires in the past, but was worth a call. After speaking with Darren I called a few tires places. They didn't have my size tire, but assured me that the difference for ones in stock was minimal. Called Darren back as a neutral party who I trusted. He assured me that the difference would throw my balance off enough to cause a check engine light issue. Decided to wait a day for correct size tires and will get my oil changed at Fontaine's while in vicinity

I just save a bunch of money by switching my mechanic to Fontaine's".... Im telling you, this guy could have planned my wedding I tell ya. Don't let the location fool you. This was not something I was willing to pay, so I took time to research other local shops in the area, who may be willing to repair it using my own part. My dad found Redline Exhaust & Tires online and called to request a quote on my behalf, and the staff provided a range that fit my needs for labor. A few weeks later, after the part came in, I came by on a Tuesday morning after calling to ensure availability and pricing. The staff was friendly and provided the same range they told my dad! This made me feel confident that they were fair and could do the job. We were the first client of the day. The owner came out and got my part and took my car keys and invited us inside. Another staff member came out to confirm with me before the work was completed and provide the total. After I confirmed I wanted them to proceed, the part was replaced in less than an hour. The owner showed me a video that proved that the part was replaced. The staff was so nice and friendly and I saved SO much money. The labor ended up costing under $200. I was so grateful. I will be back the next time I need my brakes done. They do not repair everything here, but I would trust them with the issue I had and the services they offer. It's been about a month, since the repair and I have not had any issues or check engine light on.

Apparently, the alignment machine they use is one of the best on the market, as they do focus on the sport car community; however, I did see a few non-sport cars in the bay as well. After a month, and a drive across the East coast, my car drives like it did the first day I purchased it off of the lot! The prices as fair, they offer financing, they're customer- oriented, and they're locally owned (which I appreciate and like to support). Made an appointment to have fluids changed. Arrived on time. Waited an hour and no one had even…read morelooked at my car. Instead, I was told "we have to check your car to make sure it's safe for us to work on." I said there's no reason why you cannot work on my car. They never checked to fluids but gave me an estimate for nearly $2,000 for 2 fluid changes: differential and transmission. It was a wasted morning. I went elsewhere and got the fulids changed for less than $500.
