First of all, Jeremy was kind, funny and professional. Their staff is also diverse and professional. The place is extremely clean and they are even thoughtful enough to have snacks and coffee. But the kicker for me? How thorough the inspection report was. The money was well worth it for the amount of detail that was put into the report and made me feel more educated on the condition of the vehicle. I certainly will be back.

They were able to identify the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. I know for a lot of car repair shops, it often takes days maybe even sometimes weeks to do a big repair. In my case, I had a semi-intense repair needed for my engine and they were able to resolve it within 2 days. As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. As stated, they were very informative, approachable, and even showed pictures displaying the issue of my car while also providing the severity of it. It's been about 3 weeks since my repair and I haven't had any issues with it since. Definitely will be my go to car repair shop if I ever run into any issues in the future.

Kevin shared that he was at risk of losing his job and was a lead tech, although listed as the owner. 'Management' also contacted and asked that I take the review down and offered to refund the labor. At this point (2 days later) I had already taken the vehicle to the Toyota dealer, as his 'management' advised the vehicle was complex and initially declined looking at the vehicle without another charge. Toyota Diagnosis: improper fitting and installed spark plugs. Cost: 98$ inspection- which was deducted from repair cost. Repair cost total, including one day vehicle rental, 468.79$. I reached back out to Kevin and 'Management', via text and email, three consecutive days- excluding Sunday, explaining the outcome and requesting a partial refund (spark plugs, diagnosis, and labor). I have not received a response and am now seeking civil action. Receipts attached. Again, the purpose of this review is to bring awareness.

This will take more money, time and frustration. Pat failed to address that I asked him to quote the job prior to work being done, and instead he completed the work and then demanded what I felt was overcharging based on the scope of work. This is not how to professionally conduct one self. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and me having to discover his shoddy work later is the issue. The money is not the issue, but the approach he took is unethical. If you are okay with a mechanic that's untrustworthy, unreliable, unprofessional and takes zero accountability, this is the mechanic for you! If you choose to use this business you have been warned. I recommend having a backup professional to fix this guy's mistakes, and then plan on paying for work more than once. Later I discovered that Pat and another young man that works for him, had cross threaded 3 wheel studs on 2 different wheels. Given the time, money and frustration I would recommend saving your hard earned money and contacting a professional mechanic. I found it odd that Tires Plus broke off 2 lug nuts claiming cross thread when the night before a police officer changed her tire on the side of the road with a standard tire iron. The shop told me they had been cross threaded prior to them. The story continued at your shop with more damage to her car. I am an ASE, GM certified tech of 50 years or better. I along with another tech do the repairs to her car. Nine months prior to your examination myself and my brother replaced the door hinge bushings that you claimed were bad. I had 5 months ago done a tune up, the other tech, Jody just had completed the front brakes, you had to have seen the new pads and rotors. Before I go I have question, why did you and the other shop NOT bill her for any work completed including all parts and the new tires?? I'm confused! Good bye sir...
