Green bubble tea
Casey S.

Reviewer Brian P says the green tea bubble tea was delicious ?!?! to me it looked like a science project it had 1 boba and smelled like cotton candy not the place for boba tea ! They do have stellar chili here !!! Def the place to go for decent chili otherwise I've not tried much of the menu!

BBQ Chicken Flatbread

When I entered the cafe, I was greeted with warm welcomes and friendly smiles. I like the midtown urban feel of this café, as it makes me feel like I'm up with the trends. The food was very delicious and I would come back for seconds anytime!

truly a hidden gem, this place is so so amazing. the food is incredible, i had the vegetable soup and ended up leaving with a quart because it was so good. my boyfriend had chicken noodle pho and i made him share with me because it was so good. the owner is very nice, helpful, and she cooks all the food herself. it's very clean and cute, i will 110% be back and honesty i can't wait

Awful, rude employees and poor service. Misleading about the food and drink they are serving. Beware!

Excellent soup and flatbread. If you go get the quesadilla with hummus; it's a delicious combination.

Cachette Bistro & Creperie - "Smoked Salmon Benedict" (two poached eggs, smoked salmon, sautéed spinach, bacon crumbles and hollandaise over English muffins)

It…read morewas founded by restaurateurs and business partners Juan Carlos Paredes and chef Rafael Palomina. Both hailing from Bogota, Colombia, the two partners own a number of restaurants both separately and together. With Tapas on Main, they brought authentic Spanish-inspired dishes to downtown Bethlehem. In February 2015, when the unit next door became available, the partners opened a French-style bistro dubbed Cachette Bistro + Creperie. With both eateries adjacent to each other, they can share the same kitchen and liquor license; it makes for easy management. Palomina serves as the executive chef for both establishments, while Luis Abundez serves as the chef de cuisine. My family and I visited Tapas on Main and Cachette Bistro + Creperie this past summer while we were visiting relatives in the area. We stopped by while exploring Main Street and it looked like a cool place to get brunch. Although we were all seated in Cachette's dining room, the staff said that we were allowed to order anything from either establishment's menu. For drinks, I ordered a "Limoncello Spritz" while my wife had a "French 75". For food, I had the "Smoked Salmon Benedict" (two poached eggs, smoked salmon, sautéed spinach, bacon crumbles and hollandaise over English muffins), my wife had the "Huevos Rancheros Crepe" (two fried eggs, chorizo, pico de Gallo, cilantro rice, black beans, jack cheese), and our sons shared the "French Toast" (fresh bananas & strawberries, maple syrup). We all really enjoyed our meal! Our extended family also enjoyed their dishes, which included the "Croque Madame" (gruyere, ham & egg sandwich, served w/ frisee & apple salad). Whether you fancy a culinary trip to Spain or France, you'll find plenty of delicious dishes at these two establishments!

We visited this spot for brunch as a group of eight. We made a reservation online in advance,…read morethough calling is also an option. The service was excellent, and our waiter was friendly. However, the food was brought out as it was ready rather than all at once, which made for an odd dining experience--some people received their meals much earlier than others. It would have been better if the food arrived together so no one had to wait while others ate or risk their meal getting cold. Food Ratings: Classic Crepe (Gluten-Free): 8/10 2 Eggs Over Hard with Home Fries: 10/10 Classic Crepe: 9/10 Classic Crepe (Gluten-Free, No Banana): -- 8/10 French Toast: 6.5/10 Italian Crepe: 8.5/10 (Pesto was good) California Crepe: 2/10 (Wouldn't recommend; should be removed from the menu) House Fries: 10/10 (Not actually fries, more like potatoes, but highly recommended) Overall Impression: A mediocre brunch spot. It's best to keep it simple--stick with the crepes and maybe the house fries. Street parking is available. The food took so long so they brought out a happy birthday ice cream!
