    Omelette special
    Simon W.

Interesting place at the Silk, a converted silk mill complex. The room was light and airy with a decor that seemed aimed at kids. The service was friendly, but it was difficult to get the waitress's attention once the orders were placed. The brunch sandwich was good, but the omelette special left quite a bit to be desired, it was flat and bland. The potato side tasted old and stale. The side order of bacon wasn't anything special. The coffee however, was very good. It seems like they specialize in pancakes so I'll try those next time.

This place is seriously a vibe. It's super clean, beautifully decorated with exposed brick and those huge floor-to-ceiling windows -- just a really cool atmosphere overall. My server was awesome, super friendly. I tried the Caramel Crunch and Nutty Banana iced coffees -- both were so good and not overly sweet, which I loved. For food, I got the Gabriele Special (French toast with peanut butter, bananas, and strawberries) and it was honestly amazing. I also grabbed a side of eggs and breakfast potatoes -- everything hit. Really loved the whole experience. 10/10 recommend. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

The food was great I got the love bites off the valentines menu and on the regular menu got the feeling hit hot hot they both where great and I got the ravens v-day hot coco. Next the service was great super quick yet let us take our time and got seated pretty much immediately. Lastly ambiance like the amount of instagram picks you can take are like soooooo cute and adorable.

SUCH a cute spot in the Silk Mill!!! What a great add. Although they don't take reservations, there is a pet decent amount of seating inside. The service was great! And there are a few cute little IG photo spots if you're into that! Food was quick, fresh, and delicious. Some portion sizes were on the smaller side, which was fine for us, but just FYI. But for the price, I think the portion was appropriate! I would definitely go back!!!

My favorite boutique brunch spot in the Lehigh Valley Every time I visit solo or with friends, I'm always surprised by the seasonal specials!! My favorite food has to be the pancake flights-- I love sharing them with friends! Service is amazing per usual. I want to shoutout our waitress who noticed my cousin's BTS keychain and shared her love for the boyband and other K-Pop groups. Such a cool waitress and mom! Love the open-kitchen vibe and the seasonal decor. I wish there was more seating inside

    Eggs Benedict, Hangover Quesadilla

My wife and I came here on a Friday morning around 10am. We were seated right away with about 75% of the tables being full. We were excited to come here as we love any and all breakfast spots and heard a lot about the Raven through IG. The place is inside the old Easton Silk Mill and was so cool inside. Love that industrial look that defines the Lehigh Valley so well! I ordered the Eggs Benedict and my wife had the Hangover Quesadilla and we split the classic pancakes. Everything was hot and delicious! The pancakes were fluffy and sweet, didn't need a lot of syrup whatsoever. We will definitely return!

Cool little spot. Small amount of seating inside and small amount seating outside. Staff is friendly. Menu has a good amount of sweet and savory breakfast/brunch options. Would come here again

Great menu, a little noisy and always crowded but definitely very good. They prepared to wait on a Sunday. We waited 45 minutes. Went around the corner and had a cock try the bloody Mary.

This is a firmly casual atmosphere- part café, part bierhall, part grocery, and most importantly- Curated Wine Shoppe. The ambience- bloody enormous! It was an auto garage! The outdoor patio is also large- standard Bierhall bench seating or stand overlooking the river and 'Free Bridge', as the locals colloquially refer to it. Pagoda to keep the sun off. The café- standard coffee options, and a few pastries. I believe the pastries used to be done in house (a couple had Moroccan flavours), but now, done by the wonderful duet Pie+Tart. The Bierhall- firstly- they stock Ayinger. This is my favourite Braurei in Germany. Nothing pleases me more than to see several brews- especially the Brauweiß. There are about 15 beers from which to choose, most being less common/higher quality German Brews. There are also some American brews by Von Trapp in Vermont- who also focus on German styles. Good prices. Served in the proper Becher glassware- or suck on a bottle. The Grocery- focusing on Australian dry goods and some necessities. This harkens back to the old Silk Mill location- sans the candies. I've bought some higher quality spices here. THE Wine Shoppe. Since this part of the venture opened, it has become my go-to for most of my wine. He stocks wine which you will not see anywhere else. The focus is on Austrian/German, and Australian wines. Cheap to expensive. Walking the horseshoe from left to right, you start in the White Brut/Sekt, to the Grüner, to the Red /Rot Sekt. In the centre are the cheaper wines, and a good amount of Rosé. While I say cheaper, that does not mean inferior by any means. One of our household favourites has become Fritz's Rosé. I will take the time to discuss the Wines mostly- I was introduced to many Weingut here- Moric, George Breuer, Fritz and many others. The selection rotates, but there are some mainstays. Try to find the proprietor- Jason- walk the Shoppe with him and ask questions. I have never once been steered astray. The focus thankfully is the drier side of Wine- Old and New World. You will not be inundated with the same rubbish Napa Valley and PA wines other proprietors carry. This Shoppe is for those who have an Old World palette and feel the necessity to always pay restaurant premiums. Remember, at a restaurant, you are paying for the wine, plus the storage, Som, and service. You can also buy chilled wine. You can also buy wine to consume there (different list due to LCB Legalities).

The onion rings and fish and chips were bland and lacking in flavor. Some of the sides, such as coleslaw and picked vegetables, were just average but they paired well with the oily fried food. There were condiments (ketchup + something original) but the food itself should also have flavor. However, the food's texture was really nice. The crispiness, the crunch... just amazing. If only the food didn't completely rely on the condiments for taste. Food was somewhat pricey, but the owners were really kind and easy to talk to. Overall, I would still be willing to go back and try their food again. My friend had a better experience with the lobster roll. Parking is not the most accessible.

Minimal counter seating along with addition seating within the market. My friends and I each got a couple things from around the market to share. Had a bowl of the Lobster Bisque from here and it was definitely a winner. Since the lady heard we were sharing she threw in an extra piece of bread. Just that extra touch- nice and attention to detail! The bisque was packed with flavor and great smooth consistency. I just wish there were also a few additional chunks on top. Would definitely revisit if I'm in the market area. I'm really interested in their Lobster Roll but at $22 I'd want to see what it looks like first haha
