Last year, in August 2024, I rented a 10x10 storage unit for $124.20. By the end of my lease, just over a year later, my bill had increased to $236.20. It is unacceptable that the rent for my unit was raised every 2-4 months, under the justification that your rates were "matching current market rates" -- a claim I believe to be inaccurate. In comparison, locally owned storage facilities typically adjust rates annually or every other year, not multiple times within a single year. Additionally, upon moving out, I discovered that the walls of my unit were marked as 9x10. I signed a contract for a 10x10 unit, and I believe I am owed a refund or adjustment if the unit I rented was indeed smaller than advertised. Between the continuous, frequent rate increases and the inaccurate unit measurements, I am extremely dissatisfied. I intend to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau and seek clarification regarding any refund or adjustment owed. Given the issues I experienced, I consider my time with this storage facility a regrettable use of a year, and I will not be returning as a customer ever.

When you have a move on a schedule, even 20 minutes could throw your schedule off. He processed the reservation quickly and had the truck ready in no time. I was also disappointed by the cleanliness of the truck. I get it that employees don't have time to clean, but with the ongoing pandemic, I would expect better cleaning processes.

About 7:20 AM I got a text from Borys, one of the movers that they would be there at 8 AM. They were there right on time, as I got a call at 7:52 AM that they were parked. I just had a one bedroom apartment but lots of boxes and antique wood furniture that they carefully wrapped and transported to the new house in just a few hours. Big truck and done with excellence, friendly people who know what they're doing! Best Value, wish I could have tipped more. Highly recommend.
