Happened to me, but the reaction from management was off-the-charts helpful and accountable. Like most things these days, I expected a "too bad, too sad" reaction, but not here. The manager immediately apologized, sent me just a few blocks away to an outstanding body shop, and upgraded my membership for free. The scratches were fixed with no bickering or issues.
