Our 8 day stay at Fernandina Shores, Unit 6406, was fabulous. 3 words in short: Clean Comfortable Close (to beach, pool, and downtown) The pics are accurate. We walked into a spacious open living space. And the furniture was nice and comfortable. It was an open concept with living a dining area together. The kitchen was compact but packed with all the amenities we needed for preparing many of our own meals. The main bedroom with a huge Kingbed gave us cozy and comfy nights' sleep. Also we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious walk-in closet off the master. My wife and I didn't use the 2nd bedroom, but were impressed by the generous size and the bunk bed/trundle bed combination. Never saw this before, but I bet it could sleep 4 people easily. The tennis court and community pool were just steps away. We walked the beach every morning and evening, just a 4 minute walk from our unit. We didn't use the beach toys but they were there (beach wagon, wave boards, or tennis rackets and beach chairs) but just carried beach chairs back and forth to the beach. We've rented lots of vacation pads before but this one did not dissapoint. We'll be back. read more

Our stay required getting assistance twice. Both times representatives acknowledged our text and within reasonable times the manager of these units remedied the problem in a friendly, positive and expedient way. Our location on the beach was very good, great sunrises do to excellent weather conditions.if there was one negative it was do to the condo unit below us was rented to people the smoked on the balcony of their unit. This was at times very annoying with little to no recourse. We had four grown ups in our party and that was perfect for the unit. Stay Better Vacations was great to work with and would definitely use their service again, especially when they found out the original unit/location would be preventing use of the balcony do to extensive maintenance. stay Better Vacations was quick to locate a suitable rental for our dates. read more

Stayed in Ketch Courtyard 405 at end of May 2021. Absolutely excellent!!! Condo was exactly as described, outstanding view and we loved sitting on balcony listening to the waves and walking on the beach. Stacie and her staff at StayBetter were extremely helpful when we first inquired and stayed in touch to make sure our stay was great. Condo was well decorated, nice beachy feel, everything looked new and updated. They had everything that we needed including great beach chairs, not cheap ones, but sturdy and new. Comfortable bed and quality sheets and pillows. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and loved Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. We will definitely be back. We recently stayed in the most adorable condo on Amelia island. Every detail was perfect! The televisions were set to fish scenes when we entered. The condo was decorated with extremely well thought out detail. The couch, chairs and patio furniture were so comfortable. All three beds were new and could not have provided a better nights sleep. The view from the master bedroom and the sitting area were spectacular! We even got to see dolphins as we drank our morning coffee. We could not have asked for a better vacation destination. read more

This unit was super clean, Super close to water. the Crooked River was in your front yard view. boat landing was steps away. we only stayed a few days but it was very relaxing and I would recommend it. only a few mile to the Cumberland Island Ferry! only a few more miles to Jekyll island to the north and Fernandina Beach, Fl. to the south. Or to mention a state park in your backyard. can't wait to go back and bring family (another unit is attached so you can rent both for larger parties!). 5 Stars read more

For our first trip to Amelia Island we couldn't have picked a better condo. Ketch Courtyard is centrally located, has a beautiful beach within steps, and is exceptionally clean! When it was too chilly to sit on the beach, the pool was perfect for lounging. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the ocean front balcony and appreciated the quiet serenity of this location. We had a wonderful experience staying in St Mary's GA. We picked this lovely cottage on a river not realizing it abutted a nature reserve. One of our party is an avid wildlife photographer so she had a wonderful time strolling to the reserve to shoot alligators, birds and the various animals that inhabit the area. Our goal was to visit Cumberland Island which we did but we were also very happy to stay in our area. I highly recommend the cottage. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. read more

The condo met all of our expectations for a quick Christmas break excursion. The apartment was spacious, very clean, efficient, and well appointed with everything needed to make it feel like home. Direct beach excess and wonderful 24 hour sounds of the Atlantic from a large private balcony with lighting. The place was exceptional and I have no negatives. Would definitely recommend this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo to anyone without reservation!! Hope to do it again soon!! read more

My daughters and I stayed several days at Amelia South and the condo was PERFECT! The condo was beautifully decorated, had a balcony that looked out directly over the Atlantic, was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our hosts checked in with us almost daily to make sure everything was okay. As a regular guest of the island, I've added this place to my list of favorite places to stay. The place looks a little dated on the outside but not too bad. The inside however was absolutely fantastic. Very nicely decorated and had all the amenities we could have asked for. And the view of the ocean from the balcony was worth the price of admission alone. On top of that, the service was extremely available if anything went wrong and the communication was top notch the entire time. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. read more

my family and I stayed here for 3 nights! We absolutely loved our ketch courtyard condo! it was super clean, and easy access. we had an awesome view of the ocean. We stayed at Ketch Courtyard 404 a d it was amazing. This unit was spacious and the most well appointed we've ever stayed in. The place had such cute decorations-beachy, but chic. The view from the 4tg floor was great. Quiet hotel-not a lot of noise. We'd love to stay again-but the owners just sold, so we'll have to find another unit managed by Stay Better Vacations! read more

Beautiful condo with amazing views! It's a corner unit so it has tons of light and you can also see all the way up the north side of the beach. The master has great views as well and it sounds like you're sleeping on top of the beach! The beach, where you can find lots of shells, is very easy to access too. Ketch Courtyard Unit 102 was in a great location, convenient to everything. It was very clean and the bed in the master was super comfortable as were the reclining sofas in the living room. Stay was great. We had 1 problem that needs to be addressed before the next guest. The third bedroom on the right would not cool. No cool air coming from vent, it got really hot in there. Mother-daughter trip, staying at Amelia Surf and Raquet club. Not posh, but very nice and perfectly clean, exactly as advertised. Slow and quiet- a few families but mostly retired population. Pool, beach, nature walk and tennis right out the door. Drive for everything else. Definitely hope to revisit. read more
