My back yard putting green was in disrepair after about 10 years of usage and the front turf needed to be rejuvenated. UPDATE: 5/9/20 After a long and patience-tested wait, Tyvon and George have made good on their promise to me in resolving the issue I was having with my putting green. The original piece of turf that was installed was deemed "defective" which is why it was giving so many problems, and the manufacturer would not provide any assistance to the situation. George and Tyvon ordered a new piece of turf from a different manufacturer, and of much better quality, and replaced the existing putting green that was installed. The replacement project has been completed for about 4+ days now and I have been outside using it (and enjoying it) every day since. It is now up to me to adjust the speed of the green (using the sand they directed) and making more putts! All in all, I am very satisfied and appreciative of George and Tyvon for making good on their word. The awesome office manager gave me tons of information and explained how the walkthrough/estimate would work and actually set us up for the next day to come out. You have seen the name George in several reviews for Cali Green (now Stay Green) and he is as great as mentioned. George walked us through the different weights/heights as well as the warranty info and answered all of our concerns about having a Great Dane and new puppy trouncing on the grass. Less than 5 days later the Stay Green crew showed up promptly and were professional through out the entire installation (less than 8 hours; removed the old sod and install of everything else).
