The Dodge 2500 Turbodiesel with a Banks Exhaust also needed the diesel fuel filter changed but did not have the time to get it all done after packing another vehicle and this truck. ?They were able to fit me in within 2 hours if I provided the parts which I did have. I trusted them to cleanup the properties, after I bought each, and between tenants (not sure if the tenants used them in between). I did use them in between for tree/installation, re-gravel a couple times, etc. A few weeks ago, I texted Jose about yard trimming/cleanup of 2 vacant properties. On June 6, he texted back that "next day available would be June 16 if that works?" YES, fine. June 16 rolls around, I contact them the next day for invoice, etc. He calls me to ask if I could meet "his guy" at one property on Thursday. Turns out "his guy" is his father, Miguel. So I go over all the trimming, send him photos (again) of both properties. Jose tells me "we will take care of this Fri or Sat" fine. Saturday I text Jose and Miguel for an update....then NOTHING, no replies, no calls, total GHOST TREATMENT to their client! I found out from the other Landscaper who I called on Monday, and they finished BOTH properties the next day by 11am - and did a fantastic job (Heavenly Touch Landscaping) that Guerrero Landscaping now mainly does COMMERCIAL work, HOA common areas, etc. UGH, why didn't they just TELL me this up front?! They left me hanging for nearly 3 WEEKS! Fair warning...

My car was in need of an oil change and I really wanted to give my business to this town. I called to see if they would do an oil change and they do indeed, on a drop off only, no appointment needed. I was able to drop my car off shortly after they opened Tuesday and they performed the service between other jobs in house. Now my car is no longer yelling at me to change the oil, lol. The price I paid was very comparable to the chain stores, so I am very happy I came here instead. Once my car was done, I was able to walk back over and pick her up. When I got to the auto shop, I wanted to see my truck because it was not out front. I started to walk in back room and the guy yelled at me and told me I could not go back there. I said my truck's not even in the garage, where is it? The guy proceeded to tell me to sit down and would be out soon never gave me a time. I said I'd like it out in the next minute or two he said it's coming it's coming and I thought what are they doing? I sat down and said you know all you had to do was tell me yesterday that you were too busy to take on my vehicle. I would've rescheduled it for another day. He then said well it didn't get busy until after you left most likely, Lie #2. (then why not call me and tell me they won't be able to get to my truck that day.) I said good customer the customer update on what's happening if it seems to be taking longer than normal. He said well you don't sit in this chair and know what I do all day. I said yes I do, I was a waitress all of my life. Customer service is my life. You need to learn more!He said I've worked on your friend's car many times he has not had a problem with us. I called him, and he is fine with not being called about his vehicle. I said no you did not call him! I called him last night and he said you had not called him, Lie #3. You are lying! My biggest pet peeve is when people , especially businesses! Don't tell me you've called me, when you clearly didn't. This was the second time I tried this business and did not have a good outcome.
