I mean this in the nicest way possible but this place is literally the worst repair shop I have ever dealt with in my life they are beyond terrible from bad communication to the point where they will block your number if they get irritated that you're calling back on the day they said something would be ready. Unprofessional also decided to cuss at me through the phone because my car has been here for over three months and I'm trying to get an estimated date so I can get a rental and what not also told me in person they don't normally work on this type of car well, they probably should've said that before they accepted the work just terrible all around every single day. They told me that the car would be ready. It has never been ready on that day. I would highly suggest taking your car to whatever verified repair dealership for your car brand over this any day. Please trying to help anybody who sees this and doesn't want to waste their time. Avoid this place at all cost. I promise you almost any other shop will get it done faster god bless I hope yall figure things out and again like you said in person you normally don't do these type of cars and what not should probably have some type of sign or some type of way to give the information that you don't work on these type of cars cause it's very evident that you don't work on these type of cars in your work read more

Going the extra mile On a recent trip along Mobile road near Maricopa my trucks driver side front tire broke loose. Thankfully I did not lose control and was able to pull off to the side of the road. I asked my son to call around in search of a tow truck that would be able to assist. He contacted Wreck-A-Mended Towing and Brian was soon on his way. When Brian arrived he got the truck up on the flatbed and mentioned a few options to get my vehicle back on the road. Brian was able to provide me with an exact cost for parts and labor and once the pieces came in he was done within a couple days. The day he called me and told me my truck was ready I drove it home in optimum condition. He along with Angel in the office did a great job! I can point to at least 7 "extra miles" Brian went along side with me but my thank you note needed to be short. I will happily recommend Brian and Angel to anyone in need of a tow, body work, or mechanic work. Thank you! read more

We experienced a complete flat tire today. Since my husband is essentially disabled he was unable to deal with it himself. They came out within a half hour and changed the tire and their rate was very reasonable. read more
