I wanted to give them zero stars but I'm required to give them one. This company is the worst!!! They were dispatched by my insurance company to pick my car up at another towing/storage yard and transport to the repair shop. I received several text messages regarding their ETA being within 30 minutes and then nothing. I called my repair shop to confirm they had my car and was informed that it had not been dropped off yet. I then contacted Knight towing and was told that they did not receive the required paperwork for release of the car so they cancelled the order. No call. No update. And naturally it was a Friday, the lot storing my car closed at 4:30 and did not reopen until Monday. I contacted my insurance company and made sure that they submitted all the required paperwork and we were ready for pickup on Monday. Monday comes around and I again received text messages confirming that Knight towing had been dispatched and was on their way. Again crickets...and this happened twice that day. Both times I contacted them they said that the order had been cancelled due to missing paperwork but no attempt was made on their end to get the paperwork. I again spoke to my insurance company and re-confirmed that they had everything they needed for now, a Tuesday pickup. Tuesday comes and goes the same as Monday. Only this time when I called to see why they failed to pick up my car the woman on the phone said that they never had an order for my vehicle and had never heard my name. This was the final straw...this time I called the company that my insurance company uses to assign towing services and talked to a lovely woman who was very understanding and willing to help me. I requested that literally any company other than Knight be dispatched and she was able to make that happen. She was also able to confirm that the company had access to all required paperwork in order to pick up my car. And guess what!?! They picked up my car this morning and had it to the repair shop by 10 am. In conclusion, never call Knight Towing for fast or reliable service. Take your money elsewhere. read more

We had rented a car through hertz and needed a tow. They work through AAA and knight towing has a co tract through AAA. Our driver Chris was so accommodating. He tried to get our rental car to start by using several different tricks but nothing worked. Because we needed a new car we had to drive back with Chris to the airport rental center. It was an hour plus drive. And Chris was friendly and accommodating the whole way. He even asked if we wanted to stop for lunch as we had kids in the car. Traffic was terrible and the airport rental car tow drop off was confusing but Chris handled everything for us. He even got a manager for hertz to give us a transport from the tow drop off area to the car rental selection office. (The clearance on his truck was too tall to drive us there himself.) We had a three year old and a 9 month with us so he had us stay in the cool car while he ran around for us. His supervision also called to check in on him and she was very nice and wanted to make sure we were being taken care of. Hertz provided a vehicle to drive us to the rental car office and Chris even helped by carrying our 9 month Old in his car seat to the transport vehicle. Such an angel! But it gets even better! When we went to exchange our car for a new one I realized I left my wallet in the tow truck. I called the office and spoke to Ann, she tried to get ahold of Chris but was not able to. She called back and Chris had found my wallet! He was on the way to another pick up but stopped at a gas station for us to meet up so I didn't have to go without my wallet or drive to their office. We fly back home in a couple of days so I was so thrilled on how accommodating he was as I need I'd to get back on the plane! For such a crummy situation Chris and his coworkers made the day so much better! My son even had to take a pit stop on the drive down and Chris pulled over made sure we got out safely and totally understood our situation. I cannot say enough about Chris. He was so respectful when he spoke to a customer on the phone, when he spoke to security at the rental drop off and when he was on the phone with his supervisor. Last Sunday, I had a difficult time reaching a company who could come and tow my motor home same day. Thankfully, Knight Towing came out to rescue my broken down RV in Mesa, AZ that morning. The operator, Grady, was cordial & knowledgeable. He climbed under the RV and determined the problem was a locked up hydraulic/electric 4 wheel automatic brake system. If he had the parts, he would probably have fixed it. After mechanically freeing up the locked up wheels he towed it to the shop in Chandler where I was going to have it repaired. Completed City Tow's 8-hr unfinished tow from the day before. Impressive, professional and print. It took some mad skills to get my truck through the front gate and to the front door, but he did not break a sweat. I don't know if he was out of the Knight Towing, LLC in Maricopa or Casa Grande, but I should have offered a case of beer for that one! I don't think just anyone could of accomplished that one. Seriously amazing!! My car broke down on the side of the I-10 at night. Stranded in an unfamiliar place traveling as a single female (as my car was rocked back and forth from the wind and the passing semi's), I was terrified. Unfortunately Geico sent Knight towing to me with fuel!!! The driver accidentally spilled it in my garage! I woke uo in the middle of the night and the gas odor is potent in my house!!! Knights towing gave us a horrible run around about our vehicle. My husband was in an accident heading to Texas and wrecked his car right where the 10 freeway begins. He got a ride and waiting for help. When he arrived this company had towed our car, which we understand. We tried calling several times and received unwilling help on the other line. We stayed over in the city because we were told they wouldn't help us until 8am. We arrived at 8am sharp and we're told to wait until another person arrived shortly, she was running late.well she finally arrived over an hour late to assist us in signing a release for our insurance to pick up the car. I was connected to this company via triple a to tow my truck to a repair shop two miles from my house. They were over 2 hours late for no explained reason and did not answer any calls from either me or triple a nor did they explain the delay upon arrival. The driver left his lightbar on my hood which he didn't take with him and stained the hood with mud and grease. He also hooked his towing chains To my D- rings on my trailer hitch which he decided to take with him along with the wiring for my trailer hitch(effectively taking advantage of COVID protocols that you cannot ride in the cab with the driver to the repair facility). I am a commercial truck driver who rigorously inspects my personal truck every single day as much as I do my tractor trailers so I know neither of these were missing prior but either way the overall service and interaction was poor, I would rather Pay full price for towing than get stolen from read more

I had to have a tow from Casa Grande to Phoenix. As most of the reviews on here my driver came well before my estimated time of arrival. There was no trouble with paperwork or payment through my insurance. David was very helpful, upbeat, and professional. He never made me feel like my long distance tow was a bother to him. The tow truck was in good condition and clean and had ice cold AC! My car was very secure on the bed and David worked very efficiently in both loading and unloading it. I hope i am never in need of a two again so far from home, but I will def recommend Knight to ppl I know in casa grande area or those traveling through. read more

This is a company that is contracted through my insurance company and instead of being apologetic about the fact that they cannot stick to their estimated time of arrival, she (manager/owner Jessica) would rather give excuses, talk over me and tell me she is cancelling my order. Told me to continue to wait another 90 minutes! This woman does not know whether I am waiting in heat or not. To talk to someone like that is unacceptable.
