Let's just say I don't even want to say the exact date because that's how long it's been! I knew that it was time for an overdue cleaning and I wanted it done especially with everything that's going on right now. Even though I haven't gotten my carpets cleaned in awhile I am still very particular when it comes to cleaning and how good things look. I gave Ted a fair warning of how I'm super picky and he was nothing but great when I talked with him. He reassured me that my carpets would look amazing and brand new after he was done with them. I'm so impressed with Ted. The guy was drenched in sweat by the time he was done! He did an amazing job and I can't thank him enough still! Ted got a bag lipstick stain out of my carpet. I'm telling you you can literally not see where the stain was even if you try to find it. I seriously got down on the ground and looked at it from all angles and I could not remember exactly where it had been before. He is THAT good! He followed up with a confirmation call the day before to make sure that my schedule had not changed. He was extremely professional and courteous. He told me his tech Ralph would be the one coming to the house to do the work, so I had a name to go with a face prior to him getting here. Ralph and his co-worker arrived early for the job and got to work immediately. He explained everything that needed to be done and got my furniture and breakables moved with respect and caution. While doing the job, he should me how much debris was removed and I actually took a picture of how much came out of the ducts. It was amazing. He also explained how this buildup is not good for the furnace nor the home overall and that routine maintenance is key to making sure a home is healthy. The quote Mo provided me via e-mail was exactly what I paid as well. Overall, I was very happy with the service and work that was done and will be calling them again to have my ducts cleaned and when it comes time to have the carpet cleaned in my basement, they are #1 on my list to call.

I used Yelp Request a Quote and was happy to find Maids Envy fit the bill. The owner, Ricky, was quick to respond and able to provide a quote and scheduling all via Yelp DM which was appreciated. The couch cleaners (who are also carpet cleaners) came on Tuesday and the house cleaners came Wednesday. Both worked very efficiently, especially the house cleaners who managed to clean our two story, three bedroom place in a little over an hour between the three of them. Overall, I was happy with the job. There were a few things overlooked like the trash in the bathrooms but the big picture was satisfactory! The price was competitive compared with a couple of other quotes I got. Ricky called me after they were done for payment over the phone which was easy and he was very kind. I'd definitely consider opting in for a more regular cleaning with Maids Envy if we want that down the line.
