We hired RMT for two services: moving and move-in cleaning. The movers were fantastic. Between the two movers (Tyrrell and Anthony), they moved us in 5 hours, whereas in a pervious move, we had three men and it took nearly 6 hours! Very friendly gents and careful with our fragile items. Hard workers. The cleaning crew was good. I had never hired cleaners before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The crew (Dora was my contact) was very friendly and did a good job. I recommend being specific about what you want cleaned. I would definitely hire this company again. read more

Taylor took care of us today!!! We just moved and needed the carpet of our entire basement level cleaned - I'm talking pet stains, human stains, mold...It was bad! I used RMT for home cleaning. They were professional and on time (early). Protective covers were used to protect the walls from damage and furniture was moved and replaced with protective covers as well. Water was directly from the truck. No mess left behind! I watched these wonderful ladies in action last night and was so impressed I wanted to leave a review. The company was hired to clean for a private event. It looks like they were in charge of busing and making sure that the common areas were clean for the next person. These women were on top of it . Even with a private event going on, I took notice to how hard working they were. The event was spotless and wonderful. Fast, friendly, and effective! I requested a quote for a carpet cleaning here on Yelp, and RMT was by far the quickest to reach out. I explained how many rooms I needed and that I would need some food stains removed. They were able to give me a quote immediately and we scheduled shortly after. The morning of my appointment, I was told the equipment needed for my space was still unexpectedly in the shop, but I appreciated their transparency and promptness in communicating this to me. On top of that, the cost of the service was reduced to compensate me for the inconvenience. Finally, the cleaning itself was quick and easy. Carpet was soggy. The only reason I called is because I had one area that was dirty, and of course that was the last area that was cleaned. It was late so he didn't try to get it cleaned. He was friendly. I called to ask if he could just use a spot cleaner for that spot. No response. Very disappointed ! read more

I was very impressed with RMT Carpet and Upholstery. First they came about 30minutes early. I'm currently using crutches to get around so my wife and kids moved all the items that they can move. The guys saw I was on Crutches and they moved all my heavy Furniture. They were very professional and they took their time to make sure everything was correct. I am super disappointed. There was a flyer left on my door and we called for a quote to install carpet. We made an appointment for a few days in advance. We asked how long the quote would take because I had an appointment. They said it would be quick. We gave the address and no one showed up. I waited as long as I could and was almost late to my appointment. Upon further review, it appears this is a cleaning company. However, had the company reached out or showed up, we would have requested a quote for carpet cleaning. The worst part is that they live on the same street as me and could not even bother with a call to tell us they weren't coming or that there was a miscommunication. This is poor business management and I hope the company considers this for communications with potential new clients in the future. read more

I am really impressed with RMT. I sent out a quote request to 6 companies at 9pm one night and Taneda responded within minutes. First of all, the quote was by FAR lower than any other company, which was great, but I especially loved the responsiveness and the fact that Taneda scheduled me right from Yelp. The whole process was quoted and booked within 5 minutes. I was already happy. Then Terrell, the owner, arrived to do my carpet cleaning and stretching. He was early! That never happens for appointments! He was very polite and professional, he reiterated the quote and got right to work. My carpeting is olllddddd and very worn out. I honestly didn't expect much. Terrell exceeded my expectations by about 1000%. The stretching looked perfect and the bubbles I've been annoyed about for three years, completely gone. All stains removed and the carpeting looks Literally perfect. He even moved some furniture for me and offered to patch the carpeting where I had spilled some furniture stain. I was so so impressed and blown away by his customer service. I won't use another carpet cleaning company ever again. More companies need to be like RMT! read more
