They have ghosted us and will not send anyone out to fix the unit. Their company is more expensive than an independent contractor. I understand mistakes happen and sometimes people don't do their jobs; but the hardest part for me is the lack of communication and the attitude of the staff when dealing with a challenging situation. It's easy to be professional and courteous when you're taking someone's money so but that becomes harder when you need to actually do your job.
