Horrible!!! Went for breakfast / lunch waited 40 minutes for eggs that were undercooked and burnt at same time. Place was out of biscuits and jalapenos that we found out about after already ordering. Burgers were squished to a 1/16" thick, cheese wasn't melted, and the avocado was in a tiny disgusting ball. There was only 4-5 tables most of the place was empty. The staff should be embarrassed for the slow service and serving undercooked eggs and burgers that look like they were run over. Just left this location. Worst experience ever! My family was seated and we were there almost a half an hour and no one said a word to us. We started getting pissed off and my husband went to the counter and complain THEN a server finally came over. She was nice and did her best even though the kitchen was slow. If it wasn't for how nice Britney our server was we may have just ended up leaving. While we were there 3 other families who had different servers did leave. Very dirty in there also. Drive thru is slow but inside service is slower. Stopped in last night and remembered why we don't often go. We were a group of 5 but it took probably 40 minutes to get our food. It's burgers people, not that hard. Our server took forever and never wrote anything down so she kept coming back to verify things. It would help if the employees weren't all 17 years old. Whenever I want something after hours this is usually the place that I go to because everywhere else is closed. The shakes are good, coupons typically come through the mail and you can stack them so why not. The place normally have 20ish year olds hanging out, eating and enjoying their youth. The food is mediocre and that's only when the waitresses get the orders right. When you're ready to pay the wait can be ridiculously long and not because there's a line, there's just no one at the register to pay them. Just walking out may certainly cross your mind about 5 minutes before someone comes to the register but I just stay and continue to wait so I can pay. read more

This may be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited. I thought maybe it was just a very busy Saturday. While waiting a long time to pay my bill, I noticed that even the cash register was very dirty. A plastic display cookie display case on the counter was covered with dust and dirt. I pointed this out to the manager, she said they were working on it, but no body was cleaning. This dirt accumulated over a long period of time. I rarely ever eat their food, but I always go for happy hour shakes. I have gone thru the drive thru a few times and ordered my chocolate shake. It never fails that I have to go in and complain. The shake doesn't taste like it's supposed too and their whipped cream is always runny like it has been sitting there a while. This last time was the final straw for me. I usually go to the location on Larkin and I'm satisfied. If you want a good shake, go to that one. They might be slow (as they all are), but it's worth it. read more
