every single time that i visit this location they never have supplies. in the drive thru line for 30mins for them to tell me they are out of buns. not the first time but the last for me!!!! will never visit this location again!!! read more

on a crowded Saturday afternoon they were understaffed with employees. I had to send my food back because they messed up my order. the waitress had a bad attitude about having to take it back. the manager took my to go order but never brought it back or added to my check. Horrible service. Horrible waitress. The waitress had an attitude the whole time. Even the simple request of asking for a straw angered her. She absolutely showed no patience and was clearly absent of any manners whatsoever. We will NEVER take our business in that facility because of her. She better be glad we did not get her name but I'll tell you this much. She worked the late shift on Friday Nov 21st. It was around 10:30/11pm. Poor, poor, poor. Worst experience ever. 15 minutes before someone acknowledged our table. Another 10 minutes before getting our drinks. 55 minutes total before our food got to our table. Order was put in wrong, 2 of the 8 orders placed were correct. One person at our table got a refill the entire time we were there, as the waitress walked away before any other person could request one. No napkins were brought with the food, so we requested napkins from the only waitress to be found at the time and while standing in front of the napkins she exclaimed... "hold on, i really need to put in this order" and continued ignoring. End result, we got our own 'napkins' from the bathroom. Myself and the 7 other people I was with religiously go to SnS after every late night event we attend, and I have to say, I've never written reviews about any place we go, but we received such bad service at this location that I felt compelled to. This was the first time at this particular location as a group, but I have watched this location go down hill personally over the past few years. read more

I am only giving this place two stars because of prior experiences I've had here. I've never once had amazing service, but the food is fairly cheap, so I'm aware I shouldn't be expecting "out of this world" treatment. However, regardless of a restaurant's price range, I still believe it is a server's duty to at least make the slightest effort to make sure that a customer has a cup to drink from and receives the food that they've ordered in a timely manner. Last week, I got the worst service I've ever received in a dine-in restaurant. As a server, I am very understanding when it comes to slow service due to a hectic atmosphere. However, the servers seemed extremely lazy and didn't make a single effort to ensure customer satisfaction. It wasn't busy enough to excuse the service I received. My friend was seated at the bar and upon my arrival, I was not acknowledged for 10 minutes. The server who took his order OBVIOUSLY noticed me, as I was sitting right in front of her. My friend asked her if I could order and without a greeting or smile, she wrote it down and punched it in. She neglected to ask us about what we'd like to drink, and throughout his entire meal, my friend didn't get so much as a water. I waved for the attention of a different server behind the bar and requested a water. She was doing something on the computer and couldn't get to me immediately, which is okay. Except for the fact that she finished and stood there for 5 minutes doing nothing until I made eye contact with her and looked away. She then left to go get my water and brought it back in about 2 minutes. As I watched them cooking, there were two chefs on two different grills. Because I ordered the Royale, I was constantly watching for eggs being cooked. One Chef finished cooking an egg, which I was so sure was for my burger, and then proceeded to leave for the day or for his break. 20 minutes later after he left (40 minutes since the order has been placed) I was still watching the other grill for eggs being cooked, but never did see it. A server then brought out my order a couple minutes later. My food came cold. The egg I saw him finish before he left? It WAS for my burger. But it sat there for God knows how long before I got it. The bread was burnt. Not browned. Burnt. To the point where I had to scrape it because it was bitter. Then I accidentally spilled my drink. As mentioned previously, I am a server, so I tip religiously. I gasped and picked up my cup. My jaw hung as all the workers looked back at me and I was SO prepared to leave a great tip because of how sorry I was. Yet, no one came to help. No one even came to hand me a napkin. Because I was sitting at the bar, my friend reached over to grab me napkins and I was able to push the ice and some water into the sink. No one came to check on us once throughout the entire time we were here and we had to get their attention to pay. My spilled water was never refilled so I had to drink the little I had left sparingly. My friend never got a water so I couldn't even drink any of his. I couldn't even finish my cold, burnt burger. I ate my fries, paid, and we left a dollar each as a tip. I would usually be a better tipper, but I was even questioning myself as to why I was tipping at all. We had to ASK for a single water and didn't get asked if we needed anything else even once. This steak and shake doesn't deserve one star. This place is a joke. The servers are rude and lazy. The sanitation is horrific. How are they still running? The management is terrible! Why do they have like 20 employees walking around but not even 1 employee served us? Or checked on us? Why did I have to wait 10 mins for the waitress to bring me a bottle of ketchup? It wasn't even busy to begin with. All the employees were huddled in one corner gossiping. To make matters worst the following night I experienced some stomach pains that I didn't think were that severe until the next morning when I woke up shivering and sweating. I'm pretty sure I had a fever. The first day I experienced chills in 90 degree weather and body ache. The second day I experienced stomach pains all day. The third day, (today) I'm experiencing more stomach pains and a headache. Eating at this place was a big a mistake and a regret. Please go the extra mile to a different restaurant. I don't care if the burgers are only $4 this wasn't worth all the pain I've been through. If I don't feel better any time soon I will be making a call to the health department. read more

My husband and I went to this location after a concert in Atlanta. It was on the way home, and we thought it would be good late night food. While the food was wonderful, and our server was GREAT....however, the manager and every other employee working there need to be fired! The employees were having a verbal disagreement over a row of booths with customers sitting in them. The argument included some curse words and the customers included children. The argument appeared to be mostly about general server duties during a shift. When we approached the register, two teenaged workers ran outside and had a verbal disagreement that neared on a physical fight. This left the register unattended. When they came back, we asked for a manager. I attempted to let the manager know about our concerns, but she had a "doe-eyed" appearance and had no response. I continued to try to explain the problem and that her employees were a direct reflection of her management skills to which she told me she overtook the restaurant 1 month ago and they weren't her fault. We paid and were leaving when we overheard another person talking with the manager - it was the parent of the cashier discussing how his teenager was working over an hour past her shift ended and it was against local labor laws to which the manager responded that she had no choice...in short, DO NOT GO HERE!! At least not until they fire this manager and get someone in there that can turn the place around! read more

Was in the drive thru at the Morrow, GA location 12/28/15 between 10:30am and 11:00am. The girl at the speaker was beyond RUDE, very nasty attitude and when I got to the window more RUDE! Order 2 # 16's, asked for a bowl of chili, got a flat container of chili with onions, cheese and stale crackers, asked for a steak burger, it was thrown in the bag no paper wrapped around it. Let me just say, for the over priced cost of this food, it sucks! The attitudes of the drive-thru girl, ridiculous!!!! Now I know why they have a 2 star rating. For me to give them a 1 star is to much generosity! I contacted the manager named Robert, he informs me that the girl that was rude to me in the drive-thru has been reported several times and his words, "she's on the list" well, she needs to be FIRED!!! AND NO, not allowed to draw unemployment either. All he did was throw out a phone number for me to call and said to contact it. Wow, management sucks too. If you're wanting good food and nice attitudes of the employees, this Morrow Georgia is not the place. read more
