Chilis please! All I wanted was a burger and they ran out of anything that had to deal with buns. No burger or chicken sandwich or sliders. It completely threw me off. Upside our waitress while she seemed nervous she definitely tried her hardest to make up for the disappointment. The customer service was good with our waitress, it was slow when we first got in. Then it got busy as time progressed, and our waitress wasn't as attentive. We ordered margaritas and they were so good, they were very delicious. We also ordered the triple dipper, with the honey barbecue mozzarella sticks, which they had a kick to it and was a bit spicy. The wings weren't all that good they taste oily. The chicken strips were crispy and very flavorful. My niece ordered the full rack of ribs and loaded mac & cheese, which she enjoyed. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla with no bacon and it was OK. Overall, the inside was clean and the service was good. I don't usually eat at Chili's. This is my first time eating there in years and the service or the food wasn't too bad. read more

Well.....it's been a long time coming. I've been going here since the 2000s the place to go before the movies now this place is pretty blah. Of course the cheese pull is the go to and the dipper. But the server wasn't so pleasing. We asked for 2 presidente only got 1 glad it was only 1 because it was sour af. She was feeling some type of way because we were waiting for someone and ordered fries while we waited. But faked it quick for the next table as a greeting. Today was my second time visiting Chili's, and it will also be my last. A warning to anyone thinking about eating here: if you enjoy being disrespected and feeling like you're inconveniencing the staff just by showing up, then this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, stay away. The service was terrible, the food was disappointing, and honestly, even the floor looked neglected. When I arrived, I was told there would be a 5-10 minute wait. No problem. I waited patiently and was in a perfectly good mood. After being seated, however, I waited another 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my table. Eventually, I was served by an employee I'll call N (I'm leaving out the full name because I'm not interested in getting anyone fired). But if N finds serving customers that unbearable, perhaps customer service isn't the right job. I understand servers have multiple tables and need to move quickly, but there's a difference between being efficient and making customers feel invisible. I ordered two meals and ended up waiting around 20 minutes. Twenty minutes. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after me were already receiving their food before mine even showed up. Even then, I didn't complain or rush anyone. When my food finally arrived, I asked for a side of BBQ sauce. Fifteen minutes later, I still hadn't received it, so I politely asked N about it. Her response was essentially: "The kitchen is out of sauce, okay? Do you know how busy we are? We don't have time to deal with sauce issues." Excuse me? Not only was the response unprofessional, but the attitude was unbelievably rude. I'm not the one working in the kitchen. If the sauce was unavailable, why couldn't someone simply tell me that from the beginning? Especially when there seemed to be plenty of time for casual conversations with other tables. Instead of communicating the problem, I was made to feel like it was somehow my fault for asking. Since when does a server blame the customer for a restaurant's mistake? Is this really the standard of customer service Chili's hires for? After that interaction, N simply walked away. Since I no longer had the sauce I ordered, I decided to take my food to go. N walked past my table multiple times without even acknowledging me. Eventually, I had to ask another employee for a to-go box because I couldn't get any assistance. I sincerely hope the $0 tip accurately reflected the quality of the service I received. One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. Oh, and one more thing. You might want to do something about the floor near the restroom before it becomes a liability issue. It was so dirty, sticky, and poorly maintained that I nearly slipped multiple times. I honestly lost count of how many times I almost fell. At some point, that's not just unpleasant--it's a safety hazard. If this is the level of cleanliness being tolerated in an area customers walk through every day, it says a lot about how little attention is being paid to the overall condition of the restaurant. read more

Hostess were terrible. We were given a 15-20 minute wait for a table of 5. An hour later we still haven't been seated but several families behind us with the same number of people or more were seated. We went to ask how much longer and both hostess began arguing blaming each other for the mishap. I tried explaining the playing and cellphone usage was a big part of why they had so many issues. I explained it's their responsibility to set the standard before customers get to the table as it affects the servers pocket. Some with the manager who eventually apologized but of course it went on deaf ears. The best part of the experience was the server. She was great!! We told her what happened and she apologized and even said she had complained about the host. I told her I would solely judge her off the service she provided to me and my family. They were out of alot of things but she made it her business to make sure she provided everything she could to us despite the initial issues. Before leaving I pulled her aside and gave her a good tip and to keep up the good work. She explained that I had no idea how much it meant to her and that she was a single mom trying to prepare for school and times were tough. We got our food pretty quickly, just missing a few things, but not too important like limes and sauce. Waiter was super sweet and pretty attentive. We travel all over and have eaten with her at many restaurants including many different Chili's locations. This is the first location we have EVER been turned away from. I eat here for lunch fairly often as it's right beside my work and I haven't really had a bad experience. The food from chilis isn't as good as it used to be but a decent option to grab a quick meal. I always sit at the bar and the service has been good each time. My last visits I got a burger and the flavor was good and it was cooked to the right temperature. My only gripe is that the burger was covered in some kind of oil that made the burger super greasy and the bun basically disintegrated while eating it. I had to eat it with a fork and knife, not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Other than that I've had great experiences. The restaurant itself is just like all the other chilis. This used to be my favorite Chili's. My bestie and I visited the Morrow location, but we never sat down to eat. We walked into the restaurant and waited to at least be acknowledged. Two young ladies, were standing at the host/hostess stand chatting. One young lady looked at us and continued to chat with her co-worker. After several minutes just standing there, the manager came up to the front and after a few seconds chimed into the conversation already in progress. At that point we walked out and had dinner elsewhere. All I wanted was a triple dipper. I am truly tired of entering restaurants or patronizing establishments and you can't even get the bare minimum customer service. So I had a craving for some margaritas and I knew Chili's would get me right. My partner and I strolled in on a Wednesday afternoon and were seated immediately. We ordered the appetizer sampler (mozzarella sticks, southwest eggrolls, and boneless wings). The apps were great, as were our drinks. The frozen margaritas are tasty and stay frozen for awhile. Our entrees fell flat. I wasn't expecting much from a Chili's steak, but the sirloin didn't have ANY flavor and the steak sauce didn't help. The smokehouse platter ribs were not flavorful either. The smoked sausage, corn, and fries were good though. My loaded mashed potatoes were also delish. I'll come back for the drinks and apps, they can keep the entrees. read more

In order the fajita trio with queso appetizer. 30 mins after they gave me chips and salsa, I get the queso. 1.5 hours later the waitress comes and checks on me and ask if everything is ok and I told her I'm still waiting in my food. You know....I've intentionally avoided Chilli's in general since I've moved to this area because I like to try new places to eat. I came with my coworkers and my food was great to my surprise. Every ordered many items, but mine caught everyone's attention and the Double burger is so worth it. The great thing was I ordered on the lunch menu on a Saturday and got this delicious mini molten cake for like an extra 3.50. This was a recipe for the itis immediately as I got home, but my server did well. She did a fair job for the size crowd I came with the this was the cleanest Chilli's I've seen from Texas to Georgia. Service was great. My husband got the combination chicken wings and mini burgers, he said his was pretty good. I got a classic hamburger and it was awful he even said that's not what we usually get. Hamburger pattie was mashed flat and so dry and edges burnt, supposed to be all the way. The lettuce was salad pieces and the onion was tiny diced onion, no tomato or anything else.. I visit so many chili's that I rarely feel like I'm going to be disappointed but this place was a HUGE disappointment. I should have looked at the reviews (2 stars as of this review) and knew not to stop here, but it's chili's so it can't be that bad, right? WRONG!!! It's COVID, got it, some things have to been done differently. However my 80 year old mother doesn't have a QR reader on her phone so can I get a menu please? Not available, so I spend the first few moments trying to explain what's available. Finally decide and it seems like it takes forever to get a salad to the table. The drink never comes and I have to ask about it which I get told, yeah I forgot about that. Food finally comes and my mother is looking at me crazy. She says, is this MY plate? She is looking disgusted so I am asking her what's wrong and she tells me how the tray her food came on is dirty and the food is tossed on the tray, not on the paper on the tray but actually on the dirty tray. I ask to speak to a manager and I'm told she on a line but did i still want to speak to her. Yes, I would like to please. A lady comes out, doesn't identify herself as the manager and asks what's the problem. I explain that the metal tray that my mothers food has been brought on is dirty and proceed to scratch old food off the tray. She apologizes and says "I can either give you 1/2 this meal" (the one that is DIRTY but you can still have) "or remake your meal to go" - that's the options. She takes the tray before I can take a picture and when I asked for the tray back so I could take a picture I was told it's already being washed. Now for my meal - I paid an extra charge for blossom petals which were greasy pieces of fried onions which was sprinkled with way too much chili powder and for it being an up charge there were less than what I would have gotten had I had French fries. The chicken sandwich lacked flavor and the bun fell apart because it was greasy. Overall this was a HORRIBLE experience that I PAID my hard earned money for and then when the "manager" stated that she hoped we would come back and give them another try after I had let her know that our experience was horrible, I had to bite my tongue to not laugh in her face. You want me to come back and spend my hard earned money to be served subpar mess? Not gonna happen. The fact that my mother didn't get to eat her lunch there, had to take it home to reheat, that was insulting enough and I won't give you a chance to do that again on my dime. And if there was an option for ZERO stars, that's what would have been given. As I said, not all chili's are alike and this one is on the NO list for me. read more
