There seems to be plenty of parking on the street as well as the lot behind the building. It was around noon when I arrived and they were serving their brunch menu. I had the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit that came with eggs and a side of grits. The biscuit was large, soft, and toasted and the fried chicken on top crisp and seasoned well. It was sweet from the honey. The eggs (I had them scrambled) were fine, but nothing remarkable. The grits were quite spicy for my taste, but I'm a wimp from the Midwest so they were probably great. I enjoyed everything. I would have liked an unsweetened iced tea, but only sweet tea was available. I had a fountain soft drink instead of. The restaurant was light and airy. The furniture was a bit worn and the dishes were plain white plastic but on the whole it was a lovely place. My server was pleasant and attentive.

Finally, made it to this restaurant. I would be back…read more Parking, plenty. This is rare that a brunch spot has so much parking. There is a huge open parking lot on W. Mill across the street. There is also street parking. Wait to be seated. Best to have a reservation during peak hours. Weekend brunch and evenings I imagine to be busy. QR code menu. NOTE if you go during brunch and you get a cocktail from the menu you won't see the prices for brunch. That is part of the reason for the low rating. Even though the drink menu says the days and hours for those prices, you have to ask for the after those hours. The menu has your typical southern brunch flare with a twist. The drink menu is good. I ordered the impossible burger slider, it doesn't come with anything. Just two sliders. I ordered the potatoes. Even though the sliders were decent. It was a little salty. Presentation was good. Watermelon savage. I also tried the scrambled eggs - way too salty. It was inedible. My brunch partner didn't like the grits or chicken biscuit that it came with. Service was fine. Decor and atmosphere was nice. Overall, it was decent. It seems like a nice place to grab drinks and catch a vibe or be the vibe. Gratuity is included. Overall, decent spot. Oh and there is outdoor seating that includes a stage.

Otherwise, stay away. The service was terrible, the food was disappointing, and honestly, even the floor looked neglected. When I arrived, I was told there would be a 5-10 minute wait. No problem. I waited patiently and was in a perfectly good mood. After being seated, however, I waited another 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my table. Eventually, I was served by an employee I'll call N (I'm leaving out the full name because I'm not interested in getting anyone fired). But if N finds serving customers that unbearable, perhaps customer service isn't the right job. I understand servers have multiple tables and need to move quickly, but there's a difference between being efficient and making customers feel invisible. I ordered two meals and ended up waiting around 20 minutes. Twenty minutes. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after me were already receiving their food before mine even showed up. Even then, I didn't complain or rush anyone. When my food finally arrived, I asked for a side of BBQ sauce. Fifteen minutes later, I still hadn't received it, so I politely asked N about it. Her response was essentially: "The kitchen is out of sauce, okay? Do you know how busy we are? We don't have time to deal with sauce issues." Excuse me? Not only was the response unprofessional, but the attitude was unbelievably rude. I'm not the one working in the kitchen. If the sauce was unavailable, why couldn't someone simply tell me that from the beginning? Especially when there seemed to be plenty of time for casual conversations with other tables. Instead of communicating the problem, I was made to feel like it was somehow my fault for asking. Since when does a server blame the customer for a restaurant's mistake? Is this really the standard of customer service Chili's hires for? After that interaction, N simply walked away. Since I no longer had the sauce I ordered, I decided to take my food to go. N walked past my table multiple times without even acknowledging me. Eventually, I had to ask another employee for a to-go box because I couldn't get any assistance. I sincerely hope the $0 tip accurately reflected the quality of the service I received. One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. Oh, and one more thing. You might want to do something about the floor near the restroom before it becomes a liability issue. It was so dirty, sticky, and poorly maintained that I nearly slipped multiple times. I honestly lost count of how many times I almost fell. At some point, that's not just unpleasant--it's a safety hazard. If this is the level of cleanliness being tolerated in an area customers walk through every day, it says a lot about how little attention is being paid to the overall condition of the restaurant.

Upon entering, we decided to go sit at the bar. It was nice because we were the only patrons sitting there. The restaurant was mostly empty but had patrons dining. We were greeted and given menus.i ordered the Sangria Margarita, which was frozen. It was cool outside so idk why I ordered that lol. It was really tasty though! Hubs and I were not starving but hungry enough so we decided to split something. We decided on the chicken tenders because we figured it was one of those meals that you really can't screw up and it was safe. The food came out quickly enough and was hot. The chicken was okay but it was definitely not chicken breast or a real chicken tender. It was more like McDonalds chicken nugget material. As we were sitting there, I noticed the bottles in the speed rail had no caps on them and were open. Maybe the bartender was in the midst of doing something and I did not see it but I found that to be odd. If we are in the area again, we may visit if we cannot find another option.

The waitresses were friendly and the prices were not too high. We ordered a (small) bucket of beer and a few rounds of shots. It never took too long to receive our requests. We also tried some chicken wings which were good, typical bar food. I would definitely come here again. Good drinks, good vibes.
