They would not exchange the fries for the onion rings, and wanted me to pay extra for the onion rings, after I had been charged extra for the fries. What kind of customer service it that? If you (Culvers) make a mistake, fix it. Don't expect the customer to pay extra for your mistake. BTW their onion rings are great. The butterburger is no better than anyone else's.
