Still a ONE STAR store. Just can't get past the rude cashier's "Jimmy John's" as their welcome. Every other time my order is wrong and it's not worth it to go back. They are not following any of the JJ culture. We ordered online got confirmation and told it would notify when ready - they never did. We had ordered for next day so weren't worried - called in to find out they supposedly threw our order out. We asked they remake it and they wanted to charge us again. I asked for the manager and he said that I did receive a pick up notification - and he wouldn't refund - when I asked if that's how he wanted to go and he said if I called back he would call the police on me for harassment. We live here full time yes it is hard to find employees and keep doors open but this guy is going to destroy your rep for all other JJ. I will never go back to this location. We called corporate we're treated fairly and fully refunded but the same guy with zero customer service skills or problem solving is still there.. and fyi think they need to hit a button to notify online order is ready and just didn't - also think order was never made. Pay attention to all these bad reviews as they are here for good reason! Obese, short woman, with dark hair, actually slammed the drive thru window in my face while I was talking to another employee!! Then another rude, blonde, male employee interjected his negativity and then proceeded to argue with me via the drive thru window. Fact of the matter is, the blonde boy and the obese dark haired woman should've minded their own business as the situation was already resolved and over with. No, instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, they were looking for an argument and a confrontation with me. These people are obviously unhappy with being at their jobs and it shows in how they disrespect their customers. Without a doubt by far the rudest people I have ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant! That's pretty arrogant considering how much they over charge for their mediocre food (2 wraps, 2 chips and 2 drinks was $27+). When ordering my thai wrap, I specifically asked if it was spicy, and the response was no. Apparently the employee is not familiar with what he is selling as the wrap was in fact spicy. And it's quite possible that a slight language barrier prevented him from understanding my English 100%. This language barrier would also explain the confusion with my drink order, which is what my original issue was actually about. As for the food, the best food item in my order was the potato chips. Wrap was short on chicken and was too messy to eat, medium drinks are the size of a small. Jimmy John's management needs to invest in serious diversity training so as to educate their employees on how to treat their customers with respect! I have already contacted corporate office in Champaign, Illinois and have filed a formal complaint against this restaurant for customer abuse. Don't waste your money here at this Jimmy John's you'd be better off going to McDonald's. At least at McDonald's you'll get a smile and appreciation for your business. Came here when there was 1 inch of snow on the ground, roads completely clear at 3PM on a Friday. 3 workers inside let me sit at the drive through for 30 minutes before coming on the speaker to tell me they were "closed because of the weather". The roads were bustling with traffic and there was zero snow falling. I've probably been here at least 50 times since they opened here in Osage and I've never had an issue. Ever! I've done the drive-through and done-in and they always give speedy, friendly and accurate service. Any opportunity I have to dine-in here, I do it. I love how clean the dining area is. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE and TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT. Beware. Went to get 4 sandwiches for my family. The guy at the counter took my order and charged me. We waited 15min. When I saw another group got their sandwiches ahead of us, I asked if they had gotten my order. The supervisor said, "what order?" I told him the one we placed 15min ago. He looked throughout all the receipts and found it. He said, "Oh, you got some 8ft and other French bread sandwiches?" I said, yep, I believe so. I was very disappointed to this Jimmy John's and will not recommend doing business w/ them. I called in an order, called back a few minutes later and added more to the original order. The delivery guy came out once to deliver but charged me twice. When I called they refused to do anything about overcharging for a second delivery charge. Very poor customer service. Food is always fresh, I love their bread and tend to pick here over subway if I want a simple cold sandwich, but I've noticed discrepancies in drive through. They almost always hand me the sandwich with no bag, to get a bag and napkins I have to order with a bag of chips. .and even one time I got handed the sandwich and the bag if chips, in nothing with no napkins! read more

For a sandwich shop, you would think they would have more than one type of cheese, but they only offer provolone, yuck! Also, they barely put any meat on their 8in subs. I won't be eating here again. I think this place is really good for a sandwich shop. The quality of ingredients seem better than Subway. It is true what another Yelper wrote about the 8 inch subs being only moderately filled with ingredients but I find these perfect for someone who has a smaller appetite or only wants a light lunch. If you need a bigger portion than just order from the Giant Sub menu or the get the Gargantuan. They have something for everyone! The mobile order app is great! They have my order ready for pickup or they will deliver for $1. I have tried several sandwiches so far and have liked them all! The only thing I haven't liked is the unsweetened iced tea....I don't think they use filtered water and it had a bad taste....I won't get this again here but everything else has been great! read more
