I stopped in here with three other people on a Sunday evening. The food here is so delicious. It is one of our favorite spots on land and my stepdad is always wanting to stop every time we are in town for the wings. Out of the four of us three of us got wings. Our favorite are the original trashed wings. They are spicy, but with ranch the flavor and crispyness hits the spot. My favorite thing is the ribbies and wings. For $17 you get 4 ribs and 5 wings. It was the perfect amount of food for me and a steal for ribs and wings. I tried the chipotle BBQ and I also loved this flavor. Still spicy, but not as firey as the original. We also ordered some onion rings for an appetizer. They are thick! I am more of a fan of thinner onion rings, but these were still good and I loved the sauce. It was decently busy when we went, but our service was just okay. Our server took a little bit to take our order and bring us the check which we understood since it was busy, but there were larger parties that got sat after us, that were in and out before we were. I was recommended to this place by a coworker and decided to check it out while I was in Ozark for a concert. The menu was big and extensive with lots of barbecue options. I decided to get a smoked salmon wrap with a side salad and bacon wrapped prawns. For $17.99 I do have to say those five little prawns weren't worth it. It's crazy how overpriced those are to be honest. The smoked salmon wrap was really good, but felt like it was missing something. I believe I read they smoked the salmon in house... which is awesome! But it was definitely lacking some pizzazz. One of these days I'll have to go back and try some of the barbecued foods... or the smoked turkey, which also sounds really good. We happened to be in the Osage Beach area and wanted a good place to eat. I found Wobbly Boots on yelp and we gave it a try. Ambiance was open, bright and welcoming from the start. The hostess was nice enough to take our picture upon entering. I can only recall one other time I had to chew my soup but if you are there when the soup of the day is the beer cheese and sausage soup was fantastic. Every spoon had sausage and it was so rich and filling, more than a cup would be a full meal. Mushrooms stuffed with crab is a great appetizer and bacon wrapped shrimp won't disappoint either. We stopped in on Monday June 16, 2025 around 7:30 PM CDT. NBA Finals game #5 was just starting and airing on ABC (NOT a premium channel). Our food was good. The service was adequate. But we asked three separate times for them to put the game on and each time we were denied with absolutely zero explanation. Instead, they showed American Ninja Warrior on NBC. My issue is that this establishment bills itself as a great place to watch all of the big games. Not showing an NBA Finals game is unacceptable. Initial impressions make a difference. Came in around 1:45 late lunch and waited to be acknowledged. Four servers walking by with blank stares. Decided to eat at the bar and was met by Gabby the bartender who has the best customer service and is evidently the smartest at this establishment too. Burnt end sandwich was plentiful but not as tender as a KC burnt ends. The wrangler wrap was great as was the beer cheese soup. If you are looking for something good and better service then eat at the bar where Gabby is working; otherwise you may only get a kid who doesn't know or want to make money. Exceptional service and well made comfort food that gave me life when I was freezing to death on the long drive north. The gumbo was just what I needed, and the fried catfish BLT was so fresh that I got bursts of hot juice in every bite, absolutely incredible!! That corn batter is excellent. One of the best catfish dishes I've ever had, and one of the best fish sandwiches I've ever had as well. Clean bathrooms, very friendly service at the bar, and a chill vibe overall. I gave a little bit of the catfish (just the meat) to my cat and she calmed down for almost the whole rest of the night! So thanks for that too. This must be the best BBQ I have ever had. I highly recommend ordering the burnt ends & smoked sausage "appetizer". It was an enormous plate of the leanest, most flavorful and succulent rib meat cut off the bone, and thin slices of mouthwatering sausage... with 2 big slices of buttery Texas toast. We sat out on the Patio,because we had dogs with us. They seated us right away,took our drink orders, We arrived a little before noon,it got busy as we were sitting there. Since it was a nice day out and having the heat wave the previous day we were going to meet up with the group and eat outside. One said no outside seating we do not have any servers. We asked no outside seating? Same response. We turned around without another word and left. They yelled have a nice day and another said dont let the door hit you on the way out. I said you might want to work instead of standing around and clean up the mess outside. We went across the street and ate outside. We did return to wobbly boots to see if any of the three girls cleaned up the mess outside. They did not. Bean! Beans! Beans! Well not everything is about the beans but they are the best! Start with an Ozark Lemonade. Not only is it refreshing (not too sweet, not to sour) but it's made with a local moonshine. Side salad is almost big enough for a main dish. The Combo Plate is enough meat for a few meals. Holy WOWZER! BBQ sauce is a perfect blend and no need to have more than that one since it covers the taste spectrum perfectly. Brisket was perfectly cooked. Turkey was a little more dry than I prefer but with that said,full disclosure.. we were there close to closing so that may have been a factor. Hubby had the sausage and it was good! Went here for dinner while in town for a meeting. The table ordered fried pickles and onion rings for our appetizer, and both came out hot and delicious. The fried pickles were nothing fancy, but the large, thick cut onion rings were very good. I ordered the ribeye steak and baked potato, the steak was good but my preference could have used some more seasoning, the baked potato or i guess i got a loaded backed potato which had cheese and pulled pork on it was not very good. The pulled pork was lacking flavor and the baked potato had been in the oven or warmer way to long, the baked potato wasn't fluffy when I got rid of that pulled pork and added my butter the potato just broke up in chunks instead of becoming fluffy. Would i come here again.. probably, but i would get a sandwich or something other than what i ordered. read more

Probably the worst BBQ I've ever had. Sausage was cold and very dry. Burnt end where like roast beef placed in a crock pot. No I mean NO smoke flavor at all!! Drenched in a spicy over powering vinegar base sauce. Complete garbage. I asked them to heat up the dried out compost sausage and the microwaved it. Unbelievable!
