I've been really disappointed in Intuitive AV's team and I question the positive reviews I read…read morebefore hiring them to install a surveillance system at my home. IAV designed its scope based on the needs I described (I needed 8 cameras that would record 24/7 and record all human or vehicular motion...plain and simple). IAV strongly recommended the Luma camera system. I agreed and they installed. They forgot to set up motion alerts during the installation. After a lot of back and forth, including pushback from their sole in-house engineer Eddie, IAV reluctantly sent their technician back to the property. He updated the settings to allow notification. Now I receive literally 300 notifications a day because a leaf on the corner of my property will wiggle in the breeze. We turned down the sensitivity to a 2 and I still get hundreds of notifications. See attached pics for a small window of time. The system cries wolf and is completely ineffective. I've asked Eric the CEO to send someone back to the house to fix the settings but he refuses saying I signed off on the installation and he's no longer responsible for it even though we're well within the 12 month warranty period. I've filed claims with the state licensing agency and Secretary of State. This is a sad situation but IAV just doesn't have the manpower or expertise to solve basic surveillance problems. I get the feeling they are spread really thin.

We had an issue with one zone having errors after my toddler was tampering with the motion sensor. One quick call later, their tech walked us through disabling the zone in minutes. I honestly can't say enough about how much better this experience has been than working with ADT or Ackerman!! With ADT, I'd still be on hold, getting transferred endlessly, only to be told a tech could come out a week later to try and upsell us a whole new system. Switch to Premier. I totally understand that ALL electricians are very busy with the current summer stress on the grid, but Britebox had the manpower to help us too! We were having substantial electrical issues after hours at my animal hospital which would have prevented us from performing multiple important surgeries the following morning. Their ultra-kind technician "Joe" called me when in route, showed up on time, was great with his communication, and properly diagnosed a substantial problem on the incoming GA Power line to our hospital. Upon leaving, he even provided me with the means to contact him directly early the next morning because he wanted to be sure that all went back to normal for us once the repairs were completed by GA Power and he needed to know that we would be able to help the animals that needed us.
