After learning that the program here is the only one with actual hands-on training for speed and accuracy, it makes sense they have such a high success rate for their grads. It doesn't stop at hands-on training. They go over everything you need to know about safety and ethics. The most difficulty I had with the program was the memorization (it's a lifelong struggle of mine). Luckily, the staff here gave me a ton of tips and resources to help me commit all the recipes to memory and pass their final exams. The final, while it seems difficult at first, is really a testament to the success rate of graduates. Once I got it all down, I not only aced the finals, but now I am working as a bartender with confidence, accuracy, and efficiency. Hope this helps anyone considering training for bartending!
