This facility is family, and they truly make you feel apart of the family. As a working mom, there is no better feeling knowing my child is loved all day when I'm not able to! They have incredible curriculum and my son has learned so much from them. They have an app where they upload activities, picture, and meals. It's nice to have updates throughout the day. We have loved every teacher there as well an an incredible director and assistant director who work so hard to plan so many fun and engaging events for the kiddos! I love how KinderCare follows a curriculum for every stage so that they are constantly helping the kids develop according to their age. My child has been complaining about this teacher treating her students like they're in prison she says. Their backpacks are on the ground outside they hm ant have their water bottles inside the classroom if they go bathroom during class time she takes that time away from recess. She doesn't help the students nor answers any questions. A student is in charge of the table they are in and basically they do all the answering and helping. My little girl cries and is scared of her. My daughter mentioned that they can't write small because she can't see so they write bigger but not too big because it's too big!????? Can I please get her out of that class!! She's not the only one that feels that way I already talked to the teacher and she looks really stressed herself. She doesn't want me to talk to her again. This is not a babysitting center, it's a true Montessori school where the teachers' pay attention to every detail and generally care about each child's growth. I've watched my daughter thrive, socially, emotionally, and academically and I'm so grateful for the incredible staff who've guided her along the way. A special shout out to Ms. Raquel who has been such a godsend to my daughter, and her warm smile every morning, love and consistency means the world to us. A major kudos to the new director Jennifer for handling the transition so smoothly and bringing fresh energy. I'm excited to see how she continues to build on the strong foundation the school already has. At the Pre-K level, children need kindness, understanding, encouragement, and equal treatment. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values. I felt that my child was not treated with the respect, care, and patience that every young child deserves. I hope the program takes these concerns seriously and works to create a more inclusive, compassionate, and supportive environment for all children and families.
